An idiot can't take 1 million and increase it 3,700 times over or smash political dynasties like the Bushs and Clintons.

    Yes...there are plenty of idiots.

Juan Carlos in Spain was an idiot.

Berlusconi in italy comes even closer to Trump...but thats why their countries are suffering. Italy and France are both suffering because of them.

But at least I could say Italy is corrupt, thats why Berlusconi keeps reigning. But Trump has said nothing yet that makes sense or is executable. He doesn't even have a plan it seems. He is a populist, sexist, racist, narcisstic, he makes fun of disabled poeple, etc. etc...

Donald Trump embodies a person with lack of values. I don't even care about his other traits and ideas and what not...but his personality is dubious in every way, shape or form.

Can't wait for Murica to be great again.

I feel the urge to photoshop the Donald's hair on every player in a team photo for some reason

The one thing I'm looking forward to with a Trump presidency is that I think he will push for congressional term limits, and he won't just follow the same old corruption... or he might increase cronyism by allowing more money in politics. Who knows really.

Well 1st of all: the least educated people is hyperbole. There's far less educated countries.

2nd of all: the end of liberality? This was the embodiment of it. The American people stood against the establishment which is something nobody ever saw coming. I would bet Trump bet against himself last night if he had to. This was not the end of freedom, this was an exercise in it.

3rd of all: Clinton would have been equally terrifying for different reasons. She's a liar, she's easily bought, she's corrupted as deep down in her bones as is possible. She's is the living culmination of all that is wrong with politics. Last night's results weren't a nation jumping off a cliff, they were a nation struggling to take itself back. The wrong answer to all the right questions.

Yeah, that's my hope. With all his fluff about being an outsider, the stuff he said about congressional term limits were legitimately solid policy ideas that no "insider" would dare bring up. I hope he actually follows through, but it is entirely possible he only said that to manipulate the anti-establishment portion of the electorate, and now he becomes a puppet of the GOP and never brings it up again...

This was by far the most shocking outcome. If someone in Vegas bet on the Republicans sweeping the House, Senate, and Presidency then they just jumped into the tax bracket that Trump will protect. Holy hell.

Honestly it's just fun to hear the doom from so many people. Living in California you'd think we literally elected Hitler. People are so prone to that sort of overreaction it's hilarious.

I don't know what a Trump presidency is. I think he gets rid of Obamacare right away. I hope he gets Congressional term limits passed although that'll be a hard one. I hope he doesn't start any wars. I could see him impeached within a year or two anyway. I honestly don't think he ever gets that wall built.

Trump ran a shrewd campaign, a firm believer in publicity, good or bad. Great political strategy, Clinton never knew what hit her.

Change takes some cooperation. Will he have it from career politicians whose terms/career/income he seeks to limit?

It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. I agree with the assessment that this was a vote for governmental change at a deep level. Government has overstepped its bounds, and is no longer for the people, by the people.

He's probably going to get TPP passed.

Yea he campaigned against these trade deals, and I think that by itself won him Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania, but freaking Mike Pence loves that ****
