I don't preach Trump support from the mountaintop, but i'd rather see him in office than Biden. That's a disaster waiting to happen.


This is on pace to come down to any one state that is super close. I expect a lot of recount demands going on to delay the actual decision, but it looks like Biden winning one of the closest elections in history. It literally might be 270-268. WOW!!!! Amazing no matter who you are rooting for.

we've never seen polling errors like we have the last two elections. not in 2012, 2008, 2004, or 2000

trump is the reason for the polling errors and it could be for any of the reasons i mentioned previously

 

Thanks a LOT for taking the time to explain. I was curious because this is truly my favorite place online and while we are talking mostly basketball, as a declared liberal myself I was still a little surprised to see more and more comments about left wing morons etc. in various topics and different contexts.

This doesn't change how I feel about this place or any particular member at all BTW. I have noticed though that as far as the Polish internet, I am literally unable to talk to people on the opposite side of our local political debate, which is actually sad. I have never paid too much attention to the US politics but you seem to be pretty polarised as well. Not to kiss anybody's a***s but I like every poster on this forum, seems that politics doesn't have to ruin everything after all.

My response if the "so negative" is directed to me concerned about Trump supporters inciting chaos as they eat up the claims of fraud and Trump tries to use legal machinations to stop the counting of legitimate votes (meanwhile having the audacity to be so transparently hypocritical and use the reverse logic for Arizona; "we can't count that for Biden because we still need to count"):

Hopefully you can tell that was tongue in cheek brother. No matter what side you lean toward, our country's leadership is not in great shape. At least half of the population will be unhappy with whatever occurs.

 

I think this is a great reminder to put our hope and trust in God rather than imperfect men, regardless of which way we lean. I think we should have an appropriate amount of expectations in our leaders and this goes for our favorite teams and athletes too.
