So Trump is the next David Koresh?

    Amazing.

I didn’t say that, but that’s a typical leap of a response from Trump followers. Again, I grew up in a cult disguised as a religion, the men who run it from NY are not to be questioned and anything questionable they do is made an excuse for. This is very similar to how Trump supporters are, they walk around with their special club hats, they excuse every single thing he does to an honestly insane degree, and if yes, he has a very cult leader like status sort of looked at as this savior of America. Which is ridiculous, and absurd, but you probably agree with it, so yeah, cult like following, as cult members never really examine themselves in the mirror.

Now I’ll really make your head hurt, ignoring the bad, crazy, and racist things a leader like this says just because you like their other policies and their effect on the economy or whatever, is what leads to things like Hitler. No, Trump isn’t Hitler, but if we don’t stop these things or at least call even the president out on them when they’re happening, then we can end up down a very dark road and it’s too late. All because we wanted to “make America great again”, whatever the hell that even means (and c’mon we know what it means), and all because some people can’t admit things are bad right now and Trump is a bad president and should not be voted in again. If you want to say Hillary was the worse choice, that’s fine, but now we’ve had almost 4 years of this nightmare and it’s time for change again. I’ll even take possibly senile over clearly racist, bigoted, “conservative” law changing garbage.

    Right?!

How crazy is it that the ruling class has manipulated history into making supporting the Confederacy not only acceptable, but the idea of removing Confederate monuments somehow still controversial in 2020. Literally whitewash it in the history classes. Teach it to kids as “the civil war wasn’t about slavery, it was about state’s rights”. Get to a point where somehow the same group of hyper-patriotic pro-military people have been celebrating the traitorous army on the losing side for so long. Surely that has nothing to do with the Confederacy being built upon a cornerstone of white supremacy right?

Just saw brief interview on 6:30pm ABC national news with John Bolton, Trump’s ex national security advisor who has a book releasing on June 23 on the inside of the White House working with him. He is who we thought he is in our worst observations, those of us bothered by them. Will be explosive.

Sure anyone can question motive and morality and nation’s best interest in releasing what I think will be painfully embarrassing to a sitting president 5 months prior to his re-election effort, but wouldn’t surprise me if Bolton honestly has what he “feels” are duty to and best interests of the nation up there with making money and any other motives. We need better than this sitting in the White House and dealing with other nations and leaders. Biden? Good lord. Has to be safer at least than Trump who could get us into a freaking war if he thought it would help HIM.

Trump deserves whatever fallout comes from hiring Bolton. This is the snake who pushed the Bush administration to go to war in Iraq. Not the best decision he's ever made.

Biden of 10 years ago would be better than Trump. If Biden is elected, the question is not "Is Biden better than Trump?" Biden is mentally gone. It's who is controlling Biden that you are actually voting for. He's essentially Bernie, and I'm not talking Sanders, but Bernie from Weekend at Bernie's. It'd be nice if we knew who Biden's puppeteers are. I might actually vote for them. But as it stands, I will do another write-in like I did last election.

Please America, present better options for the next election than you did last time.

    ***gulp***

Not looking so good. I never considered myself a "Trump supporter" and did not vote in the last election, but I could see the good he has done. He's wrapped in a very unlikable package, but he has done some good things for the country that career politicians would never do. In spite of all of the crap that has happened, and as he gets more exposed for his failings, I personally still question whether people would think Hillary was the better option. She belongs in prison with Bill, and I hope her political career is over. Those were our two options, and that's a huge shame for our country.

If the options are Biden and Trump this next election, I think it's pretty obvious Biden will win just because people will refuse to support Trump. I would not doubt if Trump decides not to run so he doesn't have to deal with the humility of a landslide defeat. It doesn't mean Biden is a great option-he may end up being the worst President ever. Just like with Trump and Hillary, our politics have come down to choosing a lesser of two evils, and that pretty much sucks.

Our choices are slim, but so many are pissed at Trump, I think it's a possibility. Hoping for more options.

I'm having doubts over how Parscale and Kushner are running the campaign.

Election is less than 130 days away. We don't even know who Bidens Vice is going to be.

The campaign is somewhat safe as long as Biden is the only one running. That's going to change in August at the DNC convention.

I would like to know this as well. I mean, there's a really good chance that person becomes president. He'll be 78 by the time he's president and if his mental state continues to decline, they may have to swear in the Vice President due to Joe being mentally impaired. The only way the Democrats screw this up is if they elect an ultra left-wing candidate. Everyone is thinking the same thing. Joe may not make it through all 4 years so his VP pick needs to be just as digestible as he is. Joe won the nomination because he was the safest most "centrist" pick of the major candidates. Don't make Warren or AOC your VP pick. The only way Trump can win at this point is if they hire someone even more terrifying.

Someone floated the idea that Biden could name Kasich his VP. They are really good friends and are both centrists. I said I would never vote for Biden or Trump. But if Biden was willing to name a Republican (albeit a very centered one) as his VP, I would vote for Biden because maybe, just maybe, it would be a signal to the world that we aren't all that different and we can work together.

I don't see any situation where the country improves with Biden as President. I believe it will likely become worse.

What a disgusting human being this guy is, a racist/racist apologist, who has sunk so low that he’s blatantly going after the racist vote. How bad do you have to want to win to do that? I don’t see how the country doesn’t improve no matter who comes in when there is nowhere to go but up, a corpse could do a better job just through addition by subtraction.
