Check that we have 3 players on the Lakers on the Select Team

That's a great honor for them. I really hope they get tremendous experience.

Popovich is coaching the Select team so there should be some great opportunities for them to pick up good habits. Barring injury, nothing bad can come out of these two on the Select team. Not to mention they can also get a feel for their future teammate in Ingram. What a great opportunity for them.

Fixed. Ingram, Randle, Russell gonna build some chemistry, maturity, and great habits!

Huge opportunity for 3 of our youngsters. Getting coached by Pop with their contemporaries while practicing against the Olympic team will be great stuff for them, basketball wise and maturity wise.

um, no. i read the espn future power rankings, and the lakers, iirc, are going to be engulfed by flames emanating from the rear end of a chinchilla.

Very nice. In answer earlier to your question, I get a feeling that we might take somebody unexpected. I can't shake that feeling. Anyway, I'll probably be wrong; as always. LOL!

Damn, right. Prove the doubters wrong. We're winning 45 games and making the 8th see. Edit, right thread.

Hey now you nailed it with D'Angelo last season.

The interview with Labissiere is kind of interesting. I spent most of the year completely dismissing that kid, but he apparently has been a revelation in workouts. His draft stock is rising very quickly. I like Jaylen Brown, but I'm not sure he does anything better than Ingram besides handle contact around the rim.

Labissiere is basically a better version of Bender. I've thought it was weird that Bender was getting so much positive attention while we had a guy very much like him already here. All signs indicate Labissiere is already better than him too. If the Lakers think they've found a future stretch five building block... Then they go after a Parsons or something in the draft? Labissiere is very thin though and probably a few years from really making his mark.

^I'll take your word for it. I really haven't watched any prospects. I just started watching stuff on Ingram, honestly. Labissiere? Interesting. I'll check him out. Thanks. Exciting we kept our pick, though. I

No worries. He caught my interest early on because he was initially in the top 3 for DraftExpress, but plummeted as the season progressed to the point where he was in the teens up until a couple weeks ago.
