    Run more of them.

Seriously that's all we should be doing along with pushing the ball more and trying to get more transition opportunities. Teams aren't gonna wanna get in front of the freight train that is Julius or Jordan with his great athleticism and verticality. Get those two on the wings with D'Angelo's passing ability.

The stat is for pnr ball handlers. They actually lead the league in the frequency rate. Our efficiency is also above average. However, our bigs rarely receive the ball. Our pnr bigs are near the bottom of the league in terms of receiving the ball, although they are one of the most efficient (7th in the league in PPP after setting picks).

The problem is the big men don't roll. Hibbert sets the screen and will casually sidestep into the paint. Randle, needs to learn how to set better screens, doesn't streak to the rim either, he'll hang out a little towards the perimeter more waiting for the pass to attack.

JC looked great. Too bad he didn't get to play in the 4th.

DAR leading the team in minutes. 10 boards.

Kobe looks durable matching his age with minutes.

I wonder if he was 40 if Byron would play him 40 minutes

Kobe does look like he's getting his legs and amazingly his stamina back at 37 years of age, even though he didn't shoot as well tonight against Atlanta. He moved the ball, the team moved the ball, and the team looked like a damn basketball team again.....building on the win over Washington. Atlanta is a decent team and we were in the game most of the time. Scott's rotations are making sense more of the time ..... EXCEPT .... what the hell is wrong with BORON's brain that Clarkson is not back in with 5-6 minutes left in crunch time in the 4th ??????????? Russell .... I love this kid!!

Benching Russ and Randle will help the tank. The basketball gods will feel pity for us and award us the number 1 pick.

Ha ha I posted that in the WMC thread, didn't see it here because I didn't anticipate it would be in the optimism thread. Before that I think this thread was starting to drift off into oblivion, not much positivity going around right now. But if B0ron is fired this season this thread will never leave page 1 again.

A glimpse at the future tonight when Kobe is resting the 4th and Byron isn't getting in the way (aka benching our future), it looks pretty good!

The kids looked great tonight. Essentially their "You gonna bench me?" game. Coming out party for Russ and Randle beasting it again. Hoping that Mitch had a talk with Byron and that this will continue and not be a one game thing.

Randle, Russ, and JC before he sat with the ankle. All 3 played great, JC was tearing it up before the ankle tweak. Russ seemed to want the big moment, and Randle was a beast as usual for these days.
