YES. Thank the stars no major injuries to anyone and none of them had to get beat up further since not having an NBA quality starting center and backup for halves and situations did guarantee we didn’t have a chance. Although that period of ball we played after AD’s injury and then after Luka was able to finally play and Hayes actually looking finally like at least an NBA backup because of Luka …. really bait and switched a lot of us.

lol, i keep going back to those chicago games as when i stopped believing we had any chance this year. really good teams just don't have that stuff happen. we weren't there. it doesn't mean we can't be next year, imo.

We had a nice run to get us to the 3rd seed so while the end result is another disappointing playoff loss, I'm not down on the season as a whole.

If someone said to us before the season, that we'd get our butts kicked in the first round of the playoffs but JJ would at least show a lot of potential and we'd end up with Luka Doncic pretty much everyone would have taken that deal.

We've got our guy that the front office believes in and that we can build around for the foreseeable future. Losing is never fun but I think we've got the assets to improve the team and have a stronger playoff showing next year.

The depth of talent and disparity between guys like Conley, TAW, Reed, and Divencenzo was striking compared to Gabe, Vando, and even DFs was striking

That C Bags game was the turning point. Season ended with the Lebron injury he went from NBA second team to still good. The shot and consistentcy he was playing with fell way off.

I expect us to be more willing to spend with Luka here and address our depth issues. Gabe just didn't work out for us, but I still think DFS and even Vando can be a part of a championship contending team.

We have an aging HOF forward that had to deal with wear and tear to his frame. A star for the future was not in tip top condition. No center which really impacted the rest of the squad. A rookie coach that had to make a jump without experience yet did an admirable job. Our offense was a huge donut.

Looking forward to next season. Hell, Milwaukee ain't no further with Pockets so...
