I'm a Colts fan. We hired a new coach a year ago after years of failing head coaches. He ended up guiding the Colts to a 9-win season with a backup QB. They're 2-2 so far this year. I think the Colts got this hire right. I'm hoping the same for JJ.

at least the players are in a good head space, and they can at least respect the effort being put forth.

We'll see how it all turns out, but at least there's hope for change.

Max and Knecht more than >>>>> Prince and Dinwiddie if not immediately … soon. So everyone IMO can stop worrying so much about losing them. Christie looks great and is quicker on D and Dalton is flat out going to be a stud.

First opening night win since 2016, glad to finally get one. Liked how the offense looked despite how bad we shot from 3. Great game from Rui as well, and I thought Knecht looked solid even if he didn’t score much, didn’t look out of place at all.

Looks like the guys are playing harder for the new coach. The offense looks relatively simple, but it is effective. Great win!

They played hard for Hamster in the beginning too, but this does feel more sustainable

Agree. Will see how they handle rough patches during the season.

This and AD missed alot of chippies yet they still ran it from tip to buzzer. Had they made those shots it would have been a double blowout like the C Bags Knicks game.

Opens it up for Edwards and more time for Reed is probably their plan.

Well with Austin (no D ;) ;) ) and nowhere near his athleticism Reaves on him all night .... plus some good alternative D schemes from the coach can give him more than he bargained for and a behind the whole game loss while the Lakers were 16% from 3 .... makes you wonder if they chose wisely. Cause Randal is in a contract year isn't he and going to want to get paid too?
