    need to improve our road record, but in a tight Western Conference, if we stay healthy, we are poised to get a decent seeding.

    I wish you got an extra W for winning the WCF/ECF in the tournament and also an extra win for winning it all. That would potentially help with the playoff seeding and motivate the teams even more.

    Quick edit: they could notate it like this, for example: Record W 62(+2) L 20. Simple and easy to understand. You get an extra 1% and change winning these extra points... not outrageous, but every little bit helps.

    Physically, LeBron looks as fresh and explosive as I've seen him since the high ankle sprain in 2021. Just incredible that he's able to do this with all these years and minutes in the league.

    Given the state of the west and how competitive it is...we're in a very good spot where we can potentially get a top 4 seed when it's all said and done.

    Give us a seed like that and I think we make noise in the playoffs...just need to avoid Denver.

    We didn't have a seed like that last year and definitely made noise though. :) Gonna posit this theory which maybe hasn't been fully explored ..... where's Slick when we need him :giggle: ;) ..... if AD and LeBron are healthy and we're not missing 4-5 KEY rotation players we should be making noise in the playoffs. We're better this year going into them. But yeah the Joker remains a problem. But wow having BOTH Vando and Cam for POA (would be swell for both to be healthy) is a new level potentially for our defensive prowess to deal with the rest of the Denver team who conversely got worse this off season.

    If we come out of the West, I want it to be BECAUSE we mowed through Denver with their full squad. I want no Doc Rivers type excuses from anyone on this squad.

    I like the measuring stick this provides in December. That's invaluable to the coaching staff and front office. It gives you tape of how these guys perform under the bright lights, highlights strengths and exposes weaknesses.

    Definitely helpful data before the trade deadline.
