And DLO was just ON him trashing him verbally with every big shot or play he was making, taking his manhood .... and the look on his face at the end was priceless, confirming that. Couldn't say s*** or come at him like garbage Beverly did to Chris Paul last year with the frustrated shove from behind.

I’m not even thinking about the next series. I’m just basking in the joy of that old-fashioned BEAT DOWN on that group of punks who could not have been more deserving.

Even the most pessimistic of us saw us go up 17 at the half...only to outscore 'em 41-25 in the 3rd, and think, Ya know? Maybe we...? We looked like the #1 seed playing the #8 in a closeout game. But we were #7 (#1 since the Pelinka Miracle Break) playing the #2 seed. Day-um!

No more JJJ to protect the rim!

Yeah he got schooled like when Hakeem did Robinson dirty by AD but this will be a big relief for the Lakers. Green is an amazing defender and Looney/GP/Wiggins are good invidifual defenders but JJJ was on another level.

40 point win in an elimination game… That’s an NBA record, right?

It’s quite impressive to win despite such a huge disparity in 3pt shooting. Credit to our defense and, surprisingly, ft shooting.

I’ll say it again, we’re so good at everything else that if we shoot even 35% from 3 I think we cruise to an easy win.

FT shooting is the ultimate equalizer for us this series. They're going to kill us at 3, they're historic and on a good night we're flirting with average. We have to impose our will and hope the refs don't swallow the whistle.

As amazing as the Warriors are, I don’t know if they can shoot better than that. Most of their made 3s were highly contested, ridiculous shots. I don’t think tonight was their run of the mill shooting. We just took their best shot and came out on top.

That was such a huge win tonight. Not an easy feat going into GS's arena and taking Game one. Strong. Keep it going!

Will be a long series but we won the game despite defending the 3 pts line poorly in the 1st half ( playing drop on Poole was bad ).

They will make tough shots but they have to work hard for it .

Playing every other day= tired legs= tougher to hit long shots

21 to 6 made 3's for GSW... and we still won the game. Shows you, playoffs are still a different kind of animal :)
Im not sure if it will repeat ever again but i'll take it.

Wow what a game. The Robber Baron and Ludabrow are a 2 man defensive wrecking crew. They were human mistake erasers.

Jeez, if we had even 1/3 the 3-shooting chops GSW has we beat 'em by 25 on their court in Game 1.

Gotta hope that's as good as they get from outside: no team has ever had 3 guys hit 6 3s in a playoff game, until tonight...and they still lost.

This game had me up and pacing around, yelling in my living room like it was us vs. the C-Bags in sooo many games in the 1980s.

Gawd I love this Pelinka Miracle team!

I was tryna be cool. Thought we might take 1 of 2 in SF. Totally pacing around. Then we blew - or GSW surged and erased- a 14 point lead over about 3 minutes, and I got really really RILLY effing nervous. D'Lo calmly hits a shot, and then our D (AD, Lebron, Glorious Vanderbilt) stifles Poole, Curry...then Poole takes that bad shot. Afterwards, GSW - Curry, Kerr - all said, Hey he hits that all the time; ya know, he felt good and took it...Yea. Do you really believe that?

I think - but what do I know? - he was tryna be a hero and took a crappy shot. Too much time left, and he could've moved 5 feet closer, easily. Well, after we were up 112-98 and they knotted it at 112, they were bound to come back to earth. They did. We won. Does it feel good, Laker fanatics?

    Yea, verily it doth.

    11 more wins to go.

GSW have been averaging 13 makes in the playoffs. They hit 21 and we still won.
