    Cade is dealing with shin soreness and he'll miss the Lakers game.

    They will also be on the back end of a back-to-back.

    very concerned we overlook that team. i'd like to see a dominant performance, tbh. if you're going to believe you can dig out of this hole to any degree you need to murder detroit at home with all your guys available.

    on the optimism side--you can't ask for a better opponent to jumpstart the surge. we've had some really bad luck scheduling-wise and with the timing of injuries. this is the opposite of that.

    Also just saw Stewart is out 2-3 weeks. Definition of a trap game.

    But blowing them out by 30 would go a long way in propelling us in a good direction during this softer part of the schedule. So here's hoping for that.

    I think last year’s team would overlook Detroit, bunch of old dudes living off their last names not actually showing up. I don’t think this team is built like that, we have too many guys playing for their NBA lives and for the next contract. This team’s problem is talent and ability, it’s not taking teams lightly or not trying hard. They try very hard, shots just don’t fall, lineups are wonky, they get beat by better talent. I think as long as we go into the game healthy overall, we win.
