I'm sooo excited about having basketball back. The season starts tonight, and looking forward to seeing how we're going to do this year.

Our defense. Especially AB, DG, Caruso and Dwight.
Our bench shooters -- Troy and Cook.
    Bron's FTs.

    Still no offense.

    Yeah.

In addition, I don't understand people WMC about other people WMC about things like:

    1. no offense
    2. AD in high post
    3. Bron over-dribbling on the perimeter

The first one may be the reason for the other two, but the fact is -- the moment we stopped doing 2. and 3. in this game we blew it wide open.

Great to see us win our first home game of the season! The offense yes, does leave a lot to be desired, but the D was smothering almost all night.

Looked disjointed and stagnant again halfway through the second quarter. Vogel's adjustments to open the second half paid off. Vogel picked good moments to call time-outs when the squad was lost out there and the lead was trimmed.

Utah is a damn good team and the Lakers looked like they wrapped them around. I want the Clippers again.

The offense will come along, with this kind of defense, we sohould be in pretty much every game this season. Once the offense starts clicking (and we have a pretty potent offensive guy returning soon), this team should steamroll through more than a few teams. There are many, many areas for improvement on O, but I am excited to witness the road.

I liked how having a true PG like Caruso freed up Lebron to live his best life. Seemed like everything just ran smoother with him out there.

Yeah. Bron can do almost everything, but he is not a full-time PG. Having Caruso back is great, having Rondo will help too.

    Also, the defense is awesome!

Finally, Bradley+DG. Come on, that's amazing.

Was a lot of fun seeing flashes of greatness here and there.. Lebron thrived, as mentioned above, when Caruso was handling things @ the point for a few possessions.

Dwight was a huge factor, and he's gotta be rusty after barely playing for 2 seasons and a pretty recent back procedure..

    We're .500!

Defense wins championships and thats looking like our bread and butter early while our offense figures itself out.

Though we still have a wing weakness there, Utah doesnt have explosive wings to take advantage of it.

Good game which could have been a lost. A couple easy ones next, lets see the offense start clicking.

Other than that Texas 2step, I’m thinking we’ll have a helluva jump-off to the season.
