If a player needs convincing to play for Lakers, 'he ain't the one'

    f*** Kawhi. f*** PG. f*** the Clippers. f*** the C Bags. f*** Woj.

We got Lebron, AD, Kuz and space to add nice free agents. Let's get ready for battle.

Oh it is so on my friend. I hope we get the shot to knock them out of the playoffs. This year is the all-in year for the title, more parity than the league has had in 5 years.

Didnt take me long to get over it. We still got a great team with Bron and AD if we can build correctly around them. Lets get it.

Optimism: AD and Lebron is still the best duo in the league.

Great question. I think OKC. TOR just won a championship. They are bummed but still celebrating that. But OKC just saw their hops of a contending team fade immediately.

Agreed. PG was in the MVP conversation last year.

Westbrook should demand out. PG just stabbed him in the back. Someone show Westbrook’s smug face last year at his party when PG announced without even meeting with us.

I want Westbrook with Bron and AD. Kidd can help him see the floor better. And to see him yell at PG - “I’m comin.” Lol

I'm not mad at all.. A bit shocked & bummed we don't get the Big 3.. But still fully expect us to be a Top Team in the West next Year..
My stance has been from the beginning.. I'm reserving judgement on this Team until the Feb 2020 Trade Deadline.

The trade will take weeks and drag on.
We will have to give up kuzma and half of the in and out sales
    Then it will fall through
David stern will come back and trade him to the clips. Woj will say clippers are a better fit.
Then it will finally go through after we have no more money or picks

First thing that would happen is somehow it would leak that Lakers want him. Then it would leak who Lakers are willing to give up to ruin the chemistry. Fast forward and Thunder back out because they don't want to help build a super team because f*** the Lakers am i right?

Has to be OKC. PG said he wanted to run it back because he and his brother had something special. He was an MVP candidate last season. Then he ditches them one year into his contract and they are screwed, owners cheap out again, OKC has now traded away Harden, Ibaka, and George, and lost Durant to free agency.

KD leaving was a slap in Russ’s face, but not a total shocker.

KL turning down Bron and AD is a punk move, but not personal and can be respected - I want to beat you.

PG straight up just stabbed Russ in the back. I feel bad for Russ. That is dirty.

After the initial shock of the news, I've had time to reflect and came to this realisation. We will be okay. We will be more than okay. We have LeBron, who will be rested, hungry and on a mission to prove last year was a fluke. We have AD, who we have taken for granted a bit because of Snakey McAss and his whole drama, who really wants to be here, is the best big man in the game and is just 26. We have Kuzma, who we forgot in our quest to have a big 3 is a star in the making on his own. Dude has it in his DNA, is a hard worker and has a good head on his shoulder. We have Jared Dudley who can aggravate Snakey's injury....ooops not going there, my bad:p

We always knew it was never a definite thing, but we were all caught up in all the news, the optimism of building a generational team. When in fact we already have that in LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Kyle Kuzma. And despite all the contrarians out there, we did it the right way. We signed LBJ, we traded for AD fair and square, and we drafted Kuzma. We never played anyone, never dragged it out to sabotage another team's capability to sign other free agents, and we were always(sometimes too much) upfront with everything. For all our FO's faults, and there are many, we always take care of our stars, and when we do trade them, we try to find them a good spot(e.g. Shaq, Nance,) Let's see how Snakey feels once Ballmer gives him the Blake treatment.

This was a bad day. But we've had bad days before, and they all turn to better days not soon after. We are the Purple and Gold. We are Showtime. We are Legends. We are Eternal. We are Lakers.

Pacific Division basketball is going to be lit. California is the new battleground of the NBA, Texas is out.

Lakers getting the 3rd star will be the clincher. And they have until the deadline to do it. Preferably a star guard.

Alot of overreaction, understandably. We are fine and in great position.

On another note, Paulie is a POS. Wow can't believe he did that to Russ.

I think that explains barbecue with LBJ and CP3, the look of misery on Westbrook's face

No complaint for me at all. He wasn’t that guy. AD was. And I am still optimistic.
