Let me check with @KareemtheGreat33 if he knows anything about @therealdeal if he's OK or why he's not been heard from. See if he says "who cares?" again like with sirron when he was AWOL?

    :giggle:  ;)

Or Barns too. He was at least semi-concerned about sirron.

    :Fishwink:

    Or a milk carton?

    Where IS @therealdeal ?

Believe it or not vacations and other things happen around the holidays. I hate to say it, but I typically dont post much while I'm on vacation or something. I like hanging out this board, but I like tropical beaches more.

I care, but it's a message board that hes not posting on. It's not the same as someone not coming home for a week and not knowing where they are. I've gone long stretches without posting for no reason whatsoever.

Same. I don’t post much as it is... I get busy at work and can’t find the time to post.

I'm teasing Guys! The team sucked last night and Lonzo got hurt again. Rather bug you two than join in with the sky is falling doom and gloom. Tough for a glass half full guy. But yeah we suck.

Hey Houston got smoked again...Let me guess, it's cause they haven't waived Melo yet...his essence still plagues the franchise.

And yes I'm calling all the Melo scapegoatin, bulls***! Houston is just wack.

they were playing like last year until paul went down again. the truth is that harden isn't an A-list star, and he can't carry a team. he's a frontrunner, and he quits under pressure, and his teammates can all see it. you can only set so many screens and stand in the corner and hustle and cover your megastar's a** for so long before you start wondering why you're doing this for 1/8 his paycheck when you can have more fun playing basketball for more money elsewhere.

harden must be the coolest guy in the world off the court because i'd hate playing with that guy. i don't know how pj tucker does it, tbh.

I agree Abeer! Harden is a flawed "star" to build around...but everything about a D'Antoni team screams sexy regular season that blows their load early in the postseason.

This season will be no different even if they figure it out. The dubs last year were struggling from fatcatitis....but Htown had defensive wings that embraced their roles in Ariza/Moute. This year, they don't have it. MDA should focus around Capela/Pj Tucker/defensive wings, but instead dude rather focus on the 3ball.

I think Pop said it best:

Which is why SA never really blows the hinges off the league in the regular season, but when it comes to the postseason, SA is consistently a threat while the other guys go 0-27 from 3.

Positive: We're 11-9 and 7th in a tough western conference while trying to integrate like 8 new players including LeBron James and we've had a few injuries here and there...and this is without our young core really playing to their potential and not even hitting their stride yet.

This is my main optimism so far in this early season, Houston losing. Watching Harden struggle and lose and ‘Antoni look helpless and rant and rave on the sidelines is truly delightful. The only thing better is watching them do it in the playoffs and get eliminated, both have been horrible for the game of basketball.
