they seem so unhappy right now, and we're up 3-2.

Is it a joy, or has it become more of a "it's about damn time" type of moment

kind of feels like that. It's expected. If they don't win, it's a failure. It they win, meh, there were supposed to. it's interesting to see people in such a state.

I know what you're saying and am not disagreeing. They should have been able to, but AD getting hurt didn't help and PRIDE hasn't a thing to do with it. Pride and execution or poise are not synonyms of one another.

It is a matter of pride when our guys cant execute and can't get it done against a lesser experienced and lesser talented squad. Our guys are supposed to step up and make the right plays, we have far more ammunition than them.

Sphincter's puckering in NBA Finals crunch time have nothing to do with Pride. You're wrong. It's okay to admit it. Proud to be an elite pro basketball player on the Lakers does not equate to self confidence in one's ability and muscle motor memory under big time duress. Situation to situation especially for role players.

Nothing different than after any loss, especially one with this big of consequences.
I'm really enjoying this Series.. But really not happy with our Bench play as of late.
They were looking good for a while & now most guys have disappeared.

They have literally nothing else to do in the Bubble other than practice their craft.

There's no pressure of the crowd or inconvenience of traveling. They get to play the sport they love with their families beside them. The least they can do is play with more effort from the get go and throughout the game instead of careless play and negligence (this can be seen in their defense and TOs). Fell asleep multiple times on Duncan Robinson who is there to do one thing (Shoot), that's one example I can think of for now. Are these high standards? Yes they are if you're wearing BLACK MAMBA LAKER JERSEY. So they need to play like it.

Anyways I'm done arguing, the Lakers choked last night and they should've raised the trophy. Hopefully we won't see the repeat of that tomorrow and actually get the job done like they're supposed to. Nobody is going to care about what happened last night if they lift up the Larry O'Brien ultimately.

Let’s keep it civil and civilized folks. Everyone is disgruntled after a tough blown close out game. But let’s keep it cool and don’t go after fellow members.

I don't mind Danny missing. Everyone misses. What bothered me is it barely reached the front of the rim. That tells me he had no business taking the shot. Should have moved it to KCP on the left wing.

Maybe try to bank the shot because he has obviously lost his shooting touch

My WMC: Was taking Caruzo out for Danny on that last play. I would rather Caruzo take that shot if he had to than Danny. We blew a lot of plays. Some interesting calls against us but the truth is we DID NOT CLOSE THE GAME OUT. I think AD being hobbled hurt us a lot too.

If the Lakers somehow had injuries and lost this series, and Lebron falls to 3-7 in the Finals, does he fall off of people's list as #1 GOAT?
