I missed more Laker games this year than total the last decade and change. Never in my life did I think that would happen.

The cause? Lebron James is everything I am against other than his ability, until this year, to keep himself in great shape and playing games. He is a self absorbed chump, entitled to no end, which is fine if it's not at every minute of the day. He is a racist and has a weak constitution. It's very hard to cheer for someone who is so douchey that you cant even watch your team play. Reminds me of when the Dodgers signed Jeff Kent.

Yes, most definitely. It gets glossed over because he’s a minority, but he has dropped several racist comments.

Wish I cared enough to look them up, but I don’t. But among his flaws, that one is the least of them IMHO.

It's an overall assessment of why he is who he is. Just because we say the word racist or president, doesn't mean we are talking politics and social justice in America in the discussion section. Lebron James is not as bright as some of his sycophants claim he is. I am very good at scoping out people, it's part of my job in the sales world and is VERY important when it comes to closing deals. He is not very well respected in the league. Not a lot of players respect him. His own teammates do not respect him. Star players do not respect him which is not good considering they are on an even playing field.

There is still a day and change left til the trading deadline. So, I am not going to go into a detailed soliloquy on LB at the moment and hold off until there is no reason not to unleash. Because at the moment, the only value Lebron has for the LA Lakers is his agent bringing in AD. Once and if that dissipates, Lebron holds zero worth. Not for me, not for you, not for all Lakers fans, but for the Lakers winning a f***ing championship. Kawhi Leonard isn't coming if Lebron is here, neither are Klay Thompson or Kevin Durant. Anyone who thinks so is delusional. I wouldnt play with Lebron and I love the Lakers. Now that's real.

2. Losing out on George
3. Signing LeGM who is showing signs of Father Time in Year 1
4. Our rookie FO about to get fleeced by the f***ing Pelicans

mainly but even if he didn't get hurt and we're solid in the playoff position, James would still be urging magic to do what's been done with the AD trade.

 

Maybe. I think what moved the AD trade up the timeline was us free falling after Lebron got injured. We had other injuries but we also played some bad basketball (Cavs, Knicks).

The plan was 3 stars. You’d sign one and trade for AD in the summer.

I didn't like the exchange between lance and moe, like yea it was frustration with them getting blown out and losing the rebound. but lance just looked at him and didnt even help him up or anything. unacceptable
