League pass plain sucks this season. Last year the product on the floor wasn't worth the money, this year the means to watch the product is barely worth it. And league pass' response? "It's a known problem we working on it". Yeah okay, meanwhile I miss nearly a quarter of the game each time because y'all can't get your crap together.

Can't be happy with the " we're fine trading baskets and stop defending when up 10+" mentality ...

Lou and JC going full ballhog in the last 3 minutes was bad too

Adams isn't going to kill us. Having Moz switch on to Westbrook killed us. Notice how they stopped scoring at will when Moz went out?

Defense is terrible and no improvement is in sight.

This year the difference is we have an "elite" offense to go along with it, which nets us some wins. This style is ok for the regular season but gets you abused in the postseason.

I didn't quite see it the same way, Westbrook started launching 3's instead of attacking the rim against Moz, he got hot and hit 4 in a row, there isn't anything you can do about this. All things considered, that's the shot you want Westbrook taking - he is a career .304 shooter.

The issue was, Moz can't push up that high on Westbrook to stop the 3 because he'll get burnt as Westbrook drives by. So Luke subbed in BI for Moz with the hope that Nance could push up high enough to challenge the 3 and recover on a drive. This was good in theory, but what happened was Westbrook found Adams for two consecutive scores on a roll to the rim. The help defender trying to slow down Adams in this situation was Brandon, who just got pushed out of the way.

Luke is fair in that he rewards the players that are hot in the game, perhaps Randle would of been a better switch for Moz. He could of potentially taken away the 3 from Westbrook while still being fast enough to recover, and our help defender on Adams would of been Nance. In saying that, Brandon played an awesome game and he deserved to finish. You just rule this up as a learning experience for everyone. EDIT: Also forgot to say, Randle was dealing with his hip injury, so it was either Black or Ingram...

My main WMC is, and what I feel almost lost us this one, was our offence just grinding to a halt in the last 5 mins, all our defensive woes would of been okay if we had continued to score - our 14 point lead wouldn't of evaporated so quick. I also don't see this as a huge problem as this is very rare so far this season.

Only WMC, lack of ball movement down the stretch there.

Also defense but that has been ongoing for the past couple defense. Plenty of time for the coaching staff and players to figure it out though.

Might not be the next two games but we've played the best defense against the two best shooters in the NBA. :giggle:

Nance on Adam isn't great but its not way Adams got that offensive rebound in the final few seconds. Our defense likes to switch everything and Nance switched out on Westbrook to put up a hand. Nance kept the hand up and we were left with Ingram, Lou, and JC trying to out position Adams.

If Randle's hip was better I would imagine both he and Nance would have been in to finish the game.

I know we were missing two of our starters but this was a beat down of epic proportions. Terrible defense all game long. We gave up this game and didn't have our usual energy and drive.

So that was an abomination of a game. Then again the Warriors are an abomination of talent.

Not really surprised. Tough, back and forth game against Oklahoma City and then a quick turn around against a Warriors team playing much better than they did at the start of the season without the two best players on the team. Wasn't expecting a 40 point beatdown, but not really surprised. Golden State wanted to make sure the baby Lakers didn't get them again.
