Really? OK write it down this time or bookmark it. Because Luke Walton and Brian Shaw are telling Mitch and the organization who they most want to have on the team. I don't suppose many remember Luke at the press conference talking about buiding a culture of team and fun and (family) like they have in GS. We had a great start last year but Boron the freaking a-hole was pissing in everyone's corn flakes.

Read the reports on Mazgov being loved by his coaches and a great "team" guy. If this was in the middle of his tremendous run with the almost champion Cleveland Cavaliers 13-16 months ago, before a botched "cyst excision" rehab .... and someone said, "Luke (who was watching his game that season up close and personal) (and Shaw who actually coached him in Denver) .... who do you most want us to go after?" between the 5 guys? ..... why does it surprise anyone that Mozgov is THEIR choice??

 

Again, there is an amnesty provision in this new CBA. If need be, we can amnesty him.

 

Reports are Deng played the 4, which is Great that he can and shoot the ball, ..... because Bosh was out. He's not coming here to take significant minutes from Randle and Nance. He's coming to start most likely or at the very least keep heavy minutes off of 190lb Brandon Ingram in the NBA for 82 games 2 years out of high school, banging with big, thick NBA starter small forwards.

 

Straight up 4 years (and no options) at least guarantees us a Deng farewell tour in 2020!

 

Any confirmation yet on the 4th year of Mosgov's contract..?

Woj apparently said last year on his contract is a Team Option.

 

I thought the new CBA isn't being negotiated until next year ... How do we know what's in it?

But if there is an amnesty clause ... how are we supposed to amnesty Deng AND Mozgov?

 

I wonder if Houston would like Young. Capable shooter, did well under D'Antoni. Although, Young has a lot of baggage, he's still making peanuts in this new CBA.

Apparently Luke an Shaw had zero interest.

 

It's been reported that there will be an amnesty agreement within this new CBA; it was in the last one as well int he CBA that was last negotiated. I think Deng's game will age well personally. It's really not a huge issue to me. I've thought about this for months because I knew we would have to overpay for somebody.

Oh, and Omar Little from LG who knows all things NBA suggested it months prior...

 

I hope Mosgov plays the Bogut role and Deng plays the Iggy role. If they do, they will expedite the development.
