This is getting ridiculous. We have this great young core, a great young head coach, as much or more cap space than anyone, we're the Lakers, and we can't get any meetings? Man if this keeps up I hate to say it, but everyone may need to go even Mitch. This can't continue. We're a train wreck right now with no stability.

I mean if he's holding a grudge from that he's honestly pretty stupid, but whatever. Just wildly disappointing that we cant even get meetings with people.

Lakers remind me of the Bulls front office after MJ left. All this money, no one wants it.

Mitch after picking up Mozgov/Dudley this offseason - "Yes, I see this team as a playoff team."

    GUARANTEED.

Except we at least have some young talent on the roster not to mention a head coach. Shouldn't we at least get a B list free agent? This doesn't make any damn sense.

I'm kind of scared for Luke if things go south this summer. People will turn on him quickly next season as we continue to lose more than win, even if we are progressing from the last few years.

Jarrett Jack was just placed on waivers. He'd be a solid pickup.

Luke is the only one who is untouchable to me. All he has to do is win more than 25 games and he's already beaten his predecessor. It's all about growth on the court.

If I'm Luke I'm kind of regretting the decision to come coach the Lakers. This front office can't get their s*** together. They're a mess.

Biyombo and Parsons are starting to look appealing.

And we'll be playing mental gymnastics to convince ourselves we have a solid team that can overachieve and potentially make the playoffs, our youngsters will show some potential but not enough to win more than 25 games, we'll pray to keep our pick in the lottery and hope we can finally get someone next free agency. Same story, different year... :speechless:

Nah. It's still his dream job and they've still got the young players. He's fine. If anything it keeps expectations low for him.

I agree wholeheartedly, but I can just imagine the storm coming his way if we struggle in the beginning of the season. LG is already in total meltdown mode before free agency has even begun, I really don't want to see Luke get railed out.

How bad is the Lakers front office when our #1 target (based on reports) won't even take a meeting.

Groundhog Day. Every single off season.

^Walton will be given a two year honeymoon period... Seriously, I think our young group will hold just fine. They just need an adult in the house but they are really good responsible kids.

    Spencer Hawes...
