    I mean they're investigating them, but there's nothing that can be done unless they've broken rules. Sure they're not following the spirit of competitiveness which is why they're the laughing stock of the NBA, but unless they expressly broke any rules there's no action to be taken against them.

    Philly fans should be egging the houses of all their FO personnel on a nightly basis, but there's not much else to be done.
