As noted PG13 is a superstar. And I don't think Julius Randle is close to peaking. Would love to see how well our young guys play with a great player like him. When you play with very little talent around you, your flaws are magnified. When you get a superstar, they are hidden.
This is our worst-case outcome for PG. Ideally for us, he stays put and a trade is revisited in the offseason or we land him the following Summer as a FA. The longer he spends in Boston contending, the tougher it becomes to pry him away. Ainge, please Ainge this one up for us. K thx!
Totally forgot about that guy. They have so much young talent. Hinkie did a really nice job getting them assets.
Saric is solid. I know this mostly because he is on two of my fantasy teams. Simmons + Saric + Embiid is gonna be a nasty frontcourt.... if healthy.
Definitely a nice haul for Philly. As for Dallas, well they finally have their C after recycling through a bunch of them since losing Chandler.
Exciting times.. I love our young guns. I do what I have to, to get PG other than I don't let go of Ingram or Zu and I keep Nance till the last possible second. I like character guys and in my opinion, based on my eye test, Ingram and Zu are future all-stars. Nance is the guy every team needs and fans love. Most of you are likely right about waiting for George. However, in my mind he is the right guy and I move now if possible. I think with the front office changes and if we can land PG we speed the rebuild up by years. I will be sickened if he ends up in Boston.
The Lakers are at a disadvantage right now because Boston can offer the Nets' 2017 pick before the deadline whereas the Lakers cannot offer up their own 2017 pick. So really depends on how badly Indy wants a high 2017 pick because they can get one now for sure from Boston or they can wait until after the lottery and see if the Lakers keep their pick.
