    I posted about this in the NBA random news thread, but I think it deserves its own. I like this change a lot, hopefully this means we don't have to wait for what feels like 2 agonizing weeks for FA decisions and now can wait for what will feel like 1 agonizing week.

    It is a little crazy to cause such a problem in that way, the owners AND NBPA decide to change the rules. What a clown.

    Good news though. It also helps when making deals with RFAs. The shorter timeframe the better for getting deals done and inked quickly. It'll help the Lakers in their FA this summer.

    i still can't believe that happened. dallas would be a 3/4 seed right now, and lac would be fighting for their playoff lives and probably heading for a full-on tear-down this summer.
