To be fair, Byron Scott does come across as a humorless, insufferable jerk. I might not return his calls either. Then again, Byron Scott isn't my HEAD FRIGGIN' COACH!!! And I'm also not getting paid $9 MILLION DOLLARS!!! Call him back. Jeez.
We need to trade him to Phoenix & let him retire there.. Bledsoe got his big contract out of them.. time to move on to a team that won't bench him for IT in the 4th
While I don't care that he doesn't return Byron's calls, at least contribute to the damn organization that GAVE you almost 10 mil. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because of his injuries, but his money hungry/diva act really made me hate him. His avoidance of the situation doesn't help the cause.
i'm sure there's more to this story but honestly who cares anymore no team is stupid enough to trade for him at this point and although he probably thinks he can play another 4-5 seasons, his body is completely broken down. keeping him around in a mentoring role would be cool but honestly, i'd be pretty happy if i never had to hear his name and lakers in the same sentence ever again. just a constant reminder of such a dark chapter in this team's history
