RIP. Very odd that he, his wife and dog were all found dead. Incredible actor. Shame he retired 21 years ago and the last entry into that career was Welcome to Mooseport. Feels as though we could've gotten a few more out of him when he was in his 70s. Any Hackman career filmography discussion starts with French Connection and Hoosiers. I really enjoyed his 90s-01 run too: Unforgiven, Crimson Tide, Enemy of the State, Replacements, and Behind Enemy Lines.
