Looks like a reboot on the whole franchise, different direction but with a familiar character to sell tickets and toys. Already looks better than Bay's.

It's weird. I remember really enjoying Creed, but I can't remember hardly any of it. I'm gonna have to watch it again.
I forgot to post this yesterday. The first trailer for this one, IMO, looked like total a**. Now they put out a red band trailer and it looks like a different movie, like it’s going to kick a**. This is proof that marketing matters, because after the first trailer I was thinking “why do they have to throw a little kid into every action movie now, this looks like the Jurassic Park 3 of Predator movies”, and now it looks incredibly fun. NSFW obviously
So, a couple things. Seeing Key in there with a poorly delivered Mom joke threw it off for me. I love Key, but I'm not sure I'll be able to buy him as a bad-a** Ranger or whatever he was supposed to be. #2: Olivia Munn, while really hot, cannot act her way out of a paper bag. Why were the people fighting in the trailer. It almost conveyed the sense that one of the people was the Predator in disguise? I don't think that's what's going on, but it seemed to insinuate that a bit.
yeah I can't help but think of Aaron Rodgers whenever I see Olivia Munn or think about video games when she used to work in that industry. Just a bummer.
