True, but you can't discount a low pressure environment and a change of scenery, along with playing for a guy who's renowned around the league for player development specifically, as factors that led into what we're seeing now. Also, regarding the work ethic, there were numerous reports about how our coaching staff had to demand the young guys needed to come in early for workouts because Russell would show up right before the start of practice and not put in extra work.
