feel like the clips might rope a dope dallas in game 1...

 

i think they beat dallas with or without kawhi. clips just own them for some reason

 

it's mostly been kawhi, tbh. dallas has no answer, and he just goes into machine mode against them. then he blows out an extremity the following round, and the clips fold.

that said, i think dallas has a mental letdown and the clips beat them without kawhi in game 1. would very on-brand for dallas.

 

I'm curious to see how their deadline acquisitions do. I think they could be a big key for them if they win this series against the tenants.

 

Wondering just how bad that injury is. Not enough tape and glue holding him together?

 

without a doubt they were a much better team after those acquisitions. so much so that i'd argue they're on the second tier of contenders behind boston and denver, right along with minny/okc/etc. i probably like them better. the clips have just had their number with similar rosters. i think dallas is a little better and the clips a little worse this year, but we'll see if it's enough.

don't like the kidd/lue coaching matchup for dallas, either.

 

i'd be surprised if he ends up playing for team usa this summer

I think Luka and Kyrie will eliminate Clippers Kawhi or no Kawhi.
Jason Kidd is 18-24 in Playoffs (9-9 with Dallas and it was only with Luka

Tyronn Lue is in Playoffs 11-13 with Clippers.
