One issue is that both Kawhii and PG are not great playmakers are in their big scoring games big-time pullup jumpshooters. They don't really attack the rim like Lebron does.
So Westbrook helped speed the game up for him and create rim pressure.

Made sense as a different look and I actually think Brick as a backup PG is really good if you have the horses to sit him in the 4th quarter when his faults get exposed more tue to tighter defenses setup.

Harden on OTOH, I just don't see it as a sum greater than their parts that got with Brick on a cheap contract. Seems more like injury insurance
