The way Staples is setup you'll still feel like you're right there near the court, don't worry. I was on the opposit side in section 114 I think, and it felt like I could almost reach out and touch the players. Nearly all seats at Staples are good seats.
^ I think he meant the date is far away. He has some great seats. Even 200's from center court are great.
Staples center is set up pretty nicely, even the 200s section feels close. The first row of the nosebleeds isn't bad as well if the tickets are cheap.
Will never forget, I think it was the Lakers first, or at latest, 2nd year in Staples and I was treated from an extended family member 3 games, twice with this person and my two sons, and once with all four seats my wife and I and best friend and his wife to the seats at no cost. They were "directly" behind Chick and Stu doing their broadcast. Only the concrete partition in front of us separating where they were sitting. Could not believe it the first game when we walked in.
Hey guys. As I am really happy with my tickets - could sell them 3 times the price - but man this is gonna be awesome and special for my first Laker game and Kobes last. That quick trip coming back from Costa Rica is gonna be awesome. What I wanted to is if it's somehow possible to get down near the court? As I sit in SECTION 108 I was wondering about that. A friend of mine told me that he had to pay to get down there in OKC. I definitely would consider that option but didn't find anything about that on the internet.
Well I have the chance to be there once. It's not around the corner for me as for you guys ... would appreciate an actual answer.
Do you mean like get to courtside before or after the game? Or like move your seat closer? I don't think you can do either, Staples security is pretty tight. I only knew one guy who got to step on the court after the game cause he knew the red coat.
Just get a bit closer to the court, take some pictures and stuff - but if that's not possible it answers my question
Each section has an usher there to check tickets and point you to your seat, I would think if you come early before a lot of people are there and tell them you just want to get closer for pics then I would think that's possible. Don't take my word for it but its worth a shot.
Since you're sitting in section 108 they'll probably let you get a little closer before or after the game. I've sat in the 100s and haven't had any issues asking if I could take a picture or two. The closest I've sat was 14 rows from the court and I could pretty much walk all the way up to where the photographers sit.
Hi I am planing to come to LA before new year, and i want to go see game against Phi or Okc Where is best place to buy the tickets. Thank You
Buddy that's a tough one. All the tickets just jumped BIG time in price because of Kobe's announcement. Barry's tickets is good. Stubhub is good. Maybe someone on this site would sell to you for a little cheaper than it's going on the open market though? I don't know.
