In the very early days. I was a member with maybe 50 posts. I forgot my password yet I still frequented as a lurker. The group there was the best of the Laker sites by far and real news showed up there before most anywhere else.

 

Grabbing some low hanging fruit like Holmes is always a good idea if you can stash assets. I hope he can create some stiff competition at camp, and that his length on defense causes some problems.

I see potential for some serious cockfighting at camp this year as guys angle for roster spots.

 

Agreed. Good point on stashing assets. I ready an Eric Pincus tweet earlier that said near the midseason trade deadline, teams two types of contracts: non-guaranteed and expiring.

 

Phases of life man. I was in school at the time... had young kids and was on the move.

Kids out of the house (almost), stable job and more time.

This is a good group. My intention was to let everyone know that their messages were received and greatly appreciated and that was about it.

This is now part of my day to stop by and see if anything interesting is being said. I've never typed this much without numbers and zeros in my life I don't think. This is good therapy for not having Mike to discuss ball with every day or two as well. Not many Laker fanatics in DC.
