Blazers won game 4, good news for the Lakers. Let's hope that series goes 7, Lakers need to rest, if they can close it out in 5, crossing fingers.
We can’t waltz into Staples Center thinking they are rattled and that buckets will come easy. They will not come easy. I believe Phx has a well calculated plan and will come out firing with everything they’ve got. They know if they lose this then might as well pack their bags on Tuesday. Blink and we’re down 10 in the first 2 minutes. It’s not going to be an easy game at all, and we have to be ready for it from the start for all 48 minutes. That’s said, GO LAKE SHOW!!!
We were without AD and KCP, and missed God knows how many layups and still made it close at the end. Still Lakers in 6.
Yeah, I agree. We'll see how serious that injury is. But Marc should start, or be ready to sub early and play more minutes. Kieff should be ready too.
Pb is FO is likely to overlook some bad roster decisions and think injuries was the only reason of not repeating . It will be the main one but not the only one . I still think Lebron can get this team to the WCF if he plays the majority of his minutes with Gasol though
should have been starting the whole time. hopefully, that's obvious to everyone now. what bad roster decisions? when healthy, we were the league's best team (well, i guess prior to the nets getting harden for bench players). before everyone got hurt and we added drummond, i would have bet on the lakers to win the west, at least. we could bring back the same roster next year, and i'd feel the same. the injuries ARE the story.
eh, harrell was good for us pretty much all year. we decided not to play him in the playoffs, like we might have with dwight, too. the drummond move was bad for several reasons and may be the gift that keeps taking if it costs us gasol and/or harrell in the offseason.
