    Anybody think the groin strain might be connected to the “split” he did coming down from the chase down block the other game? It didn’t seem to bother him at the time but it was fairly recent. Maybe a cascading effect.

    This is a very good catch and a real possibility. An injury like this just highlights the need to "rack" up wins when you can. That eight game streak or whatever it was gives us some wiggle room. Luka, AR and our defense can carry us awhile.

    If I had to guess, I'd say 10 days of Bron-less basketball for us (what is that... 7 games or so?). If Rui comes back soon - and he probably will - we can do this. If we did not have Luka, this would look absolutely horrible, now that we finally got a good playoff seed, but he might be able to keep the ship afloat with AR and Rui contributing offensively. Luka is one of those few guys who can do this.

    Lebron camp expects.speculates it's a Grade 1 strain because he didn't hear a pop like in 2018 until further medical evaluation .

    Grade 2 would be 3-6 weeks.

    There is no final medical diagnosis from my understanding yet

    Awful timing. Hopefully is a grade 1 and he has a little rest before ramping up for the playoffs.
    Too bad Luka is hobbled too, AR just came back and Rui is still out. Knecht, Gabe and DFS really need to elevate their game, this is a wonderful opportunity for DK to make some noise and reclaim a spot in the rotation.
