It's all over ... Absolutely no one else is guilty of ourselves, there were some refereeing in their favor, but we waste 20 points advance. Very strong LeBron and very weak Davis in the last part ...

has to feel good to block a shot at his age being in the L for so long, and especially another star

but in the end, he owned you once again, so maybe the staring was a bit premature

The more Lebron centric this team becomes the less likely they are to be a competitive championship team. 1st half and 2nd half was night and day. AD took only 1 shot in the 4th Q, thats not a coaching problem that is a Lebron problem

Lol..Lebron's biggest fan makes an entrance!!

But hey..I have my Lebron, isn't really that clutch, moments too, Rock

Especially against this particular team. Hopefully he shuts that noise down, for awhile at least.

Lebron is 21 years in, played in more playoff games, then some guys have played career games.

KCP falls down, tie game, lane open,12 secs on the clock. He throws up a causal 3, leaving that much time on the clock? WTF was that? I don't give a damn how well he had played, that kind of s*** can lose you a game. He's supposed to know better.

You see Jokic make that save and pass to Porter Jr for that 3? Murray skipped through the lane uncontested for layups? Hitting that last shot? That ain't, "coaching" that's players making plays.

That sums up these 6 playoff games against Denver. Jokic and Murray making plays down the stretch, and Lebron and AD, stumbling, bumbling and fumbling.

    Man up!!

I hate the coach but I totally agree that the last Lebron shot was terrible. 12 seconds on the clock was way too much time left.

i think lebron had to take that shot (likely better than the shot we get later, and we couldn't run out the clock). but if he's who he says he is, he also needed to make it.

but it's not just him, the whole team missed open shots down the stretch while denver made contested shots. it was a full-on choke-job, and a big one. but the whole point of paying lebron 50 million is that your team isn't supposed to do that, imo.

I've talked about it many times through his Lakers years .. What are you doing initiating the offense 30 feet from the basket with a smaller defender on you in the clutch ?

    His B-ball IQ is overrated

he's had some trouble finishing at the rim lately, and i'm guessing that's factoring into it--along with the refs not wanting to give him calls on drives.

but yeah, prior to that play, having him handle out top is missing opportunities to be more creative with our offense, imo. reaves or dlo (whomever has murray on them) can initiate the offense, no problem.

I get why he took it, but I also thought it was a bad shot. Particularly in that situation. We might not have gotten a better look but we might have you know.

You chunk up a three with that much time left in a tied game and you've just got to hit it. Especially a guy of his caliber.

And I'm no LeBron hater. I forever credit him for being willing to try to dig the franchise out of its hole.

But I didn't like that shot.

i think lebron knows he's playing with house money at this point. he makes that shot, and we suddenly have a chance to pull an upset AND it's a big highlight for his retirement montage. he misses and ham's fired and AD sucks.

    Time to retire.
He’s too old to do damage throughout a playoff series anymore.
I don’t blame him, the man is almost 40.

Nobody has ever had a season like he had this year in year 21, it was amazing, I thank him for the fun, and for the chip, for saving our franchise when we were about to become the Knicks West. But it’s over, get with the FO and work a trade, choose your destination, just get us some picks and a decent young player or 2, and obviously the necessary big expiring contracts.

Bron and AD are outplaying Denver's duo.
We got bigger problems than our real stars.
Sure, we all would want to have 30yo Bron but it is what it is...

LeBron and AD won’t play this many games next season.
Trae better have the season of his life if we are to even make the Play In again.

You can’t build a proper roster with so much money being tied up in LeBron and AD(well, if we had a billionaire owner, we could).
We have a bunch of players who are only good on one side of the ball, some of the time.
We have the worst coach in the NBA.
We have the worst medical staff in the NBA.
We have the worst FO at picking a proper coach in the NBA.
    Lots of problems to overcome.
