    We don't even need to send out both picks. Just get rid of the trash and if you have to send one you do it if the return is good. Bev and Nunn should have been gone a month ago. This is ridiculous.

    We don't know if there's a market for both. When we do a trade, the other team also has to win something from it.

    Nonetheless, my bet is that we are still not willing to take on salary for multiple years. I can't understand that idea from the FO. This is one of the things I blame the FO.

    Fournier/Reddish for Bev/Nunn seems to be a deal it would make sense to NY. Maybe they're trying to fleece a pick from us, but my guess is that we don't want Fournier's 3y contract. And I disagree

    No doubt it takes two to tango, but I think this FO has been overly cautious/too scared to do something and I'm sick of watching the season go down the drain. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy on their part - we don't think this team is good enough to help - but you jerks put it together this way and refuse to change it so we are crashing and burning. It's stupid when you have AD and Lebron. Just try your best to put out a competitive product for now and the next couple years and stop messing around. It sucks to have to watch Pat Beverly start. Awful trade. Awful washed player. I'd much rather have Stan Johnson than him. I don't even care about THT.

    The FO should do one of these rumored trades like the NY one, but they won’t.
    They are only interested in chasing after their next “Mystery Star.”

    I’m glad he had a good game in a win, but a 38 year old man with more mileage on him than probably any other player in history maybe not named Kareem or Malone is not wise. Ham and the FO are playing with fire, playing him too much to get us wins and to carry this awful roster. Would absolutely hate to see him go down with a bad injury this close to the scoring record, but that’s what they’re risking not managing this better. Screw Jeanie and Rob and the Rambii for wasting years of one of the greatest players of all time.

    just amazing to watch a 38 year old with that much mileage in his legs continue to play at such an elite level. it's something we probably won't ever see in this sport or any other again

    there's no doubt he can still help lead a team on a title run, but unfortunately it won't happen with this s*** roster and AD's injury luck. just grateful that we got one title out of him

    Pfff, couldn't even get a triple double...
    It's a shame, we built such a pathetic roster, that a 38yo guy has to play close to 40mins.
    a game, for us to have a chance at a W.
    "Smarter roster construction", rested Bron, healthy AD and we could absolutely make a s*** load of noise in the PO. Jeanie, Rambii and Rob knew better though...

    Sure f*** him for the extension and Russ deal, that's great and all. But how can you watch what he's doing and not get him some damn help?! Right after the Hawks game (actually before the season but for the sake of this point...) Rob should've rushed to his office, picked up his phone and pulled the trigger on a deal. Doesn't have to be THE BIG ONE, but what he's doing right now is criminal and is pissing on something we're never going to see again.

    just as long as you won't be among the pitchfork wielders when the trade made isn't the one you wanted or doesn't work out...

    What trade is even available? The Knicks with Fournier and Reddish? I wouldn't include a pick for that.. We already missed out on Turner and Hield, Bogdanovic isn't available. There legit might not be any decent trade option now.

    If it's for another small guard who can't shoot or defend, then I'll riot in front of Crypto. Otherwise, if it's an effort and addresses a roster need and inefficiency, I'm good with it. Meaning acquiring some combo of size, defense, shooting that also removes the roster cancer called Beverley.

    LeBron is the only player I have ever loved and hated at the same time.

    Can't stand the whole LeGM thing, the self-aggrandizement, the passive-aggressive manipulation.

    But, the man is a basketball machine. No one has ever done what he is doing now.

    Here's a list of some of the all time greats at age 38:

    Kareem = 23ppg / 6rpg
    Michael Jordan = 23 / 5 / 5
    Karl Malone = 22 / 8 / 4
    Tim Duncan = 14 / 9 / 3
    Dirk Nowitski = 14 / 6
    Hakeem Olajuwan = 12 / 7
    John Stockton = 11 / 8apg
    Shaq = 9 / 5
    Kevin Garnet = 7 / 5
    Moses Malone = 5 / 4
    Nique = playing in Italy
    Kobe = retired
    Magic = retired
    Wilt = retired
    Bill Russell = retired
    Larry Bird = retired
    Elgin Baylor = retired
    Oscar Robertson = retired
    Dr. J = retired
    Jerry West = retired
    Zeke Thomas = retired
    DWade = retired

    Yeah, I’ve been feeling this way since the futility of the offseason - eff the front office for doing this to the fans and squandering an opportunity to build a good product around Lebron and AD. They still have time to fix this vastly flawed roster but do it sooner than later. It’s an awful look.

    this is what i've been trying to say for a long time now. it's apparently of no consequence that the players we need aren't available to us.

    sort of like how our free agency was panned for not getting a big 3 and d wing for the mini mle. because there were so many!

    How about taking a risk with TJ warren as an example. Not 3 and D but definitely a guys with size and scoring who would have fit on the roaster?

    I just see a bunch of off-season moves that seemed prep for a Russ trade. Im still hopeful for a move: makes sense for the team to wait
