Damn, almost $1 Mil? I don't know, fellas. I'd just suspend him for a couple of games and tell him to do a mandatory anger management class. $1 mil seems excessive. Although I know the league is really afraid of this kind of behavior.

Now, Bron gets hit with... what? 1-2 games?

EDIT: Wait, wait, wait... Bleacher Reporf?

My point is what was he going to do? And why would he really even think, that he could get close enough to do anything at all? Seriously he seemed to have enough common sense, in all that berserker spiel he pulled, not to run up on Jordan. Jordan was standing in front of James. That crap he was doing didn't make any sense. Oh..he was coming for Lebron right? OK he was trampling over the staff to get to him, once a dude his size squares him up, now all of a sudden he can be pulled back by those same people, he just tossed like a bag of rice? Man he didn't really want none, he didn't Black out in some kind of uncontrollable rage either. He made a couple of business decisions during his little tirade IMO. If he was bout it bout it, he would have tried to go through whoever to make it happen. Stunting idiot...that's how I see it.

1 for Bron, 2 for Stewart.

Really think he shouldn't play against us. That seems problematic.

Just so happens that I'm watching the game right now, this is what I do. Let's see play by play here in the 2nd quarter.

Lebron on the wing near top of the key. Melo 's man blows by him on the baseline, and dishes to the middle, Howard man's up by they get the loose ball and scores.

James comes down drives lane assists to Howard.

Melo gets lost on the rotation, they go inside to draw Howard, man backdoors Melo for a layup.

James hit Melo in stride for 3, missed shot Howard gets fouled on the rebound. Duke missed 3 point.

Detroit picks Melo on a basline screen, his man hits off the glass 3.

Russ hits Howard with open lane to hoop. Dwight fumbles the pass gets fouled hit 1 free throw.

    Detroit missed 3.

James hits a driving Monk, he passes to Dwight, he got his shot blocked. The score is 33-33 with 9:32 on the clock.

Tucker gets taken off the dribble for a bucket, Dwight behind Talen unable to challenge shot. 35-33 Detroit.

Monk missed 3..Howard gets rebound and scores 35-35

Monk gets beat off the dribble. They score 37-35.
Talen throws quick inbound pass that got picked off they missed a 3 and get rebound. Diallo inexplicably strolls right through Melo, Bron and Dwight for easy layup. Time out 8:43 Detroit up 39-35.

Bron assists to Monk on driving layup. 39-37

Talen falls asleep on rotation they hit a 3.

Bron comes down scores on a layup gets fouled. Hits free throw. 42-40 Detroit. 8 mins on clock.

Bron too deep in lane on rotation..they hit a 3. 45-40 Detroit

Monk gets pass picked off. They out run Melo for a layup. 47-40 Detroit 7:29 on the clock.
    Dwight hits a 3.
Monk gets beat off the dribble. They score.
Monk finds Dwight for layup. 49-45 Detroit 6:35 on the clock.
    They miss a 3.
Melo gets two free throws on loose ball foul. 47-49.
    They miss shot.
Bron finds Melo for corner 3..and 1 with a foul.
James goes out the game Lakers up 51-49 5:52 on the click. On a 8-0 run.

James back in 3:06 on the clock Lakers up 56-53. AD gets caught deep in the paint, they rotate out for open 3 behind him.

Russ gets fouled hits two free throws.
They rotate ball around AD caught again deep in paint with Dwight, they hit a 3.

Bron hits AD in paint, he passes out to Russ who missed a 3.
They come down Grant hit another 3 from top of the circle over AD.

Talen turns it over on a cross court pass.
    They miss a jumper.
Bron hits Russ cutting to basket, he turns it over trying to force a pass to Howard.
They come down catch Russ losing track of Grant behind him as the trail man, and he hits another 3.
Bron hits Russ on wing, he missed 3

Detroit comes down, Talen gets lost on rotation and Grant hits another 3. Detroit up 68-58 with 25 seconds on the clock.
Dwight hits another 3. Detroit 68-60.
Now that is what actually happened in the 2nd quarter. We fell asleep on too many rotations that gave up threes. Couldn't find but 1 on James. Monk, Talen, Melo and AD got lost the most in that quarter.

Who besides me thinks it's not inconceivable since I believe LeBron feels genuine remorse for having started this (inadvertently) and affected this player's career (maybe) and finances (for probably a good % of his salary [no idea]) .... that he may offer to pay this guy's fine back to him? It would be a cool gesture but who knows. Would not surprise me though and would be owning his part, yet still good PR for LeBron.

Suspensions as expected. Seems alright. If I was Bron, I'd skip the next DET game, lol.

Although all eyes will be on Stewart and he has a chance of either making it right or destroying his career. I'm sure people will talk to him about it.

I was thinking about that earlier and think it would be a good move if it's permitted.

thought bron would get at least 2

guess the league really didn't like the way stewart behaved after the incident. he deserved at least one for not leaving the court in a timely manner

I’m a little nervous about our next game vs Detroit, I could absolutely see Stewart trying to hurt LeBron, hard foul while in the air or something.

I think I would ask the league to let Lebron miss that game. Better for everyone involved.

If they are worried, Bron can always take a game off.

Yeah I'm sure his career would be on life support. If he pulled a stunt like that soo soon after being suspended.

I don’t know, all it takes is one Solomon Hill and our season is over. Just makes me nervous, that Stewart kid had blind rage going on.
