Saved the Lakers tonight after a horrible game vs the Warriors.

His 3 point shooting has become such a weapon. He clearly doesn't have the ups to posterize Giannis like he used to do to KG and Duncan nowadays but who knew that Lebron's 3 point shooting would compensate. He's one of the best "tough 3pt" shooters in the league now.

I also think it's funny his pullup midrange shot sucks but then if he takes the same shot but as turnaround fadeaway it's automatic

Lebron’s jumper is starting to become dangerous. And its going to extend his career. Thought he was going to have a tough game after getting continuously stuffed early but he step on the gas a little there to win

Yeah hitting the midrange shot against drop coverage in the PNR would be useful. Would be 100% unguardable

Yeah, he will have to start using that jumper and fadeaway more. Just can't posterize people like he used to, although he can still jump high. But the monstrous explosion is just not there anymore, at least not on a consistent basis. That's life... no one is immune to aging, not even Bron. That three point shot is sweet though - and people thought Bron is not going to be able to add something to his game later in his career.

Lebron had an outstanding game last night. Glad to see him bounce back right away from that stinker with GS.

I'm not a huge fan of Webber the commentator but that was a hilarious comment on the Bucks play before the highlight: "that was a terrible play a 7 footer to a 7 footer handoff that led to an airball"

Don’t unfriend me sirron :giggle: please  .... but anyone else noticing that like Kobe it “appears” LeBron keeps adding / or getting better at certain skills each year? This year seems to be adopting more of Kobe himself’s bag of tricks. That back to the defender near right corner spin left fall back nothing but net jumper last night was a thing of beauty and brought back memories. Bron usually spins right out of his post ups. And while he now picks and chooses for his more infrequent explosive dunk attempts .... he still can get nice elevation when needed on his Js as mentioned above. It’s hard to believe what he’s doing with that huge body at 36 after all these years and the incredible amount of extra playoff games in his career.

Great players have always done this: I actually think Magic is the best example of this. Added a junior sky hook, 3 point set shot, and a left hand. Really remarkable how good he was when he was young because he added so much later in his game

Lebron has a good hook but he doesn't use it: he's become more and more like Magic as he gotten older so this is one I think he should emulate. That would be a very nice counter move to the opposite shoulder Dirk fadeaway he likes. Trez is one of the few guys in the league who still uses the mini hook and it's a good weapon

Bulls players said after the game last night that Bron was calling out their plays to teammates when they crossed midcourt.

That's some Mamba Mentality ish right there.

i watched the bulls play earlier in the week, and their offense looked much better--were getting to the paint a lot. we really shut them down. helped that they were ice cold from three in the first half, but i imagine lebron knowing where everyone planned to be was helpful.

lots of charges in this one.

I love how Lebron goes up and switches the ball to his left hand for the lay in. KCP had a beautiful left hand finish himself this game. Love the ambidexterity. Remember when poor Lamar just couldn't finish with his right to save his life?

I honestly didn't know KCP had that pass in him.

All those years of Lebron, Marc, and even Lonzo rubbed off on KCP a little

came here to say exactly that first line. i've never really seen kcp make more than a sensible pass (if that), and that was a full court, quick trigger, on the money pass. wild. what else does have that i don't know about??!!

How could I hate on your for admiring my favorite player? I'm glad you've finally come around to what the rest of us have always known. He's perhaps the greatest athlete whoever lived.

Lebron paying homage to Kobe tonight. So many killer jumpers to deflate the other team in the 4th

What a game, that was just ridiculous. Those shots to close it out, felt like I was watching Kobe again.

A year ago today, LeBron surpassed Kobe. A year later, LeBron channels his inner Kobe to help the Lakers win.
