Didn't know anyone cared about what either one of these guys said. Sharp is there just to make his Foghorn Leghorn reactions to that leathery-worn-out old love child of Popeye and William Defoe.

Jason Whitlock is such an idiot and a hater. I have hated on LeBron most of his career, but this is nothing, he’s a proud father, his son is out there dunking, his son’s teammate had an awesome alley oop and he was excited. He’s said he wants to play in the NBA with his son, so of course he’s going to get excited the better he plays. Also, I’m sure the crowd there loved his pregame dunk routine, even if his son was like “ugh, come on dad”. It’s not a crime, at worst it’s an overzealous father, big deal, at least he’s not screaming at the refs or fighting the other parents. This is so nothing, but of course idiots like Skip and Whitlock make it a news story. Yawn.

To any that saw my earlier post to someone comparing them to someone: I didn't know (until now) and was never informed (those who know what that means and saw the post will understand that) so it's deleted. I didn't want anyone think I was being a meany :p

I deleted a couple of posts myself. I didn't want to be mean to that guy either.

I’ve prided myself on being a Lebron hater, but his support of his son is much to do about nothing. With 67% of African American children coming from fatherless homes, I commend him for taking an active role in his kids’ lives.

:KobeConfused: he said it in a friendly way and the kid was crying from happiness or the opposite he was trying to scare him and it worked?

I don't see the big deal at all... most of those kids are huge Lebron fans I'm sure, can't even imagine if I'd have gotten to see Magic do that or Kobe when my team was warming up...

I really don't see why he's getting hate for that.

I’ve always felt that LeBron is a good dad from what I can see. He’s not perfect but I’m sure his children appreciate the fact that he spends time with them. There’s no such thing as limited quality time... it’s about the quantity AND the quality. LBJ seems to be a very involved family man. Seriously, who can knock him for that?

Taking the spotlight from the kids? Really? lol Now what spotlight is that exactly? You mean the one that's only there because LBJ is there? Do you even realize how much attention LBJ is getting these kids by being there, getting audiences going to the games and the crowds pumped up? It goes for the opponents too.

That vid from the Bronny game could really be taken out of context "I hope I'm still in the league when you're playing? Of course he meant it in a positive way. Even TMZ can get that right:

Man people are so quick to condemn this guy it's sad. So what if he has a big ego? Last I checked none of us are hanging out with him. And he does do good things for people that is undeniable. A lot of people seem to say "oh my dislike goes back to The Decision". Funny how no one brings up the fact that "The Decision" made 2.5 million for The Boys and Girls Club of America. LBJ's donation. Far as I'm concerned, he even gets a pass for that stupidity.

It's one thing to have a big ego, show off and like attention but do good things like support your kids, be with the same woman since high school, open schools for kids with your own money. None of those things harms anyone. It's entirely another to step on other people, flaunt your wealth, shun your kids, not help underprivileged despite being wealthy. Plenty of people around like that, worry about them, as for LBJ just enjoy the game, don't worry about the side-show stuff.

Funny thing is, when Kobe played, we were all saying how the media hates him and loves LBJ. Now that he wears P&G...

my only problem with the decision was that i thought it was non-competitive, which isn't sporting. when he left miami to go to cleveland and when he went to la, both were embracing challenges, imo. the decision was running away. the pageantry never really bothered me, tbh.

I don't know what he's got in his tacos but it don't really look like meat, looks like a lot of cut up veggies and stuff. AD said on Jimmy Kimmel LBJ has his own special tacos with lots of veggies. It'd make sense if he were on a largely plant-food diet it's really good for you as you get older, that plus a little less really fatty proteins and more avocado, chicken breast and even tofu.
