Oh wow. Every player on the team ought to be crapping their pants after seeing this photo including the coach.

But on the plus side .... nice jacket LeBron. Your clothes of late have been simply Marv.

LeBron James leads all players in fan voting for NBA All-Star Game

Four-time MVP LeBron James leads all players in fan voting for the NBA All-Star Game, the league announced Thursday.

Other top vote-getters in the Western Conference include Dallas Mavericksrookie Luka Doncic, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Derrick Rose and Golden State Warriors teammates Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo leads the Eastern Conference in the first fan vote tally -- and is second to James among all players.

Joining Antetokounmpo atop the Eastern Conference vote are Toronto Raptorsstar Kawhi Leonard, Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid, Miami Heatguard Dwyane Wade and Boston C Bags guard Kyrie Irving.

The fan vote, which opened Dec. 25, accounts for 50 percent of the vote to determine the 10 All-Star starters.

All current NBA players and a panel of basketball media each account for 25 percent of the vote. Every voter will complete one full ballot featuring two guards and three frontcourt players from each conference.

The format for drafting teams from last season remains in place.

The two top vote-getters from each conference will serve as team captains. Each captain will draft rosters from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves in each conference. Captains can choose players for their teams regardless of conference affiliation. Reserves will be determined by a vote of NBA head coaches.

The captains' draft will be televised this season. It was not televised in 2018, the first year of the captain format.

Currently, New Orleans Pelicans big man Anthony Davis and Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul Georgeare fourth and fifth, respectively, among Western Conference frontcourt players. Houston Rocketsguard James Harden, who has scored a total of 408 points in his past 10 games, and Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook are the third and fourth guards, respectively, in the conference.

In the Eastern Conference, Charlotte Hornets guard Kemba Walker and 76ers guard Ben Simmons are third and fourth in the backcourt voting, respectively. Philadelphia forward Jimmy Butler and Boston forward Jayson Tatum are fourth and fifth, respectively, in conference frontcourt voting.

Other totals of note: Vince Carter, 41, is seventh among Eastern Conference frontcourt players, while Atlanta Hawks teammate Jeremy Lin -- a reserve guard -- is eighth among backcourt players in the conference. Warriors center DeMarcus Cousins -- who hasn't played an NBA game in nearly 12 months due to a ruptured left Achilles tendon -- is 10th among Western Conference frontcourt players.

Voting for fans, players and media will conclude Jan. 21. The All-Star starters -- and captains -- will be announced Jan. 24. Reserves will be announced Jan. 31.

Details for the All-Star draft have yet to be announced.

    ^^^Nah admonish all yourselves:

We put together a star in Bron with a bunch of stop gap parts along with one of the youngest cores in the league today. Stack that against the 3pt shooting of Splash Bros Inc. who've been playing together for a minute:

    Steph: 44.7
    Iggy: 37.7
    KD: 36.5
    Klay: 34.9
    Dray: 23.7
    = 10.6 / 27.6 (38.4%)

Stack that against D'Anton3's team of willing shooters...

    Harden: 38.9
    Tucker: 38.5
    Ennis: 35.8
    Cp3: 35.3
    Gordon: 30.3
    = 12.5 / 34.7 (36%)

Now check our non-shooters out (and oh yeah Kcp avg less mins then these 5, so he's not even included to help boost our avg)...

    Hart: 36.2
    Bron: 35.6
    Zo: 33.1
    Kuz: 30.2
    BI: 29.1
    = 7.6 / 22.8 (33.3%)

Yeah...add-monish before y'all admonish the FO and the construction of this team.

Y'all wanna bury this team in the first few days of the new year, but it's clear that injuries and not having our closer is what's leading us to fall from 4th to 8th in the tight playoff race in the West...

But I've been told his balls shrink in the clutch doe...

That's not admon-ish... That's some hatah a** ish right there.

they definitely have across his career, and he's a reluctant closer

he's pass first, and he would DEFINITELY prefer to have a Kyrie type of finisher on his side

Saying we were better with him creating or helping finish is a no brainer, but that doesn't change his history of what he's done or who he is

That's not a knock on him by the way, but it's true.

What this has exposed is we need another creator on the floor that is also a threat to finish, and a true closer. Kuzma may get there, but he's not that guy yet. If Ball drives into the paint, you can practically play for him to pass since he has so little confidence in the paint, and his passes out of the paint have been flat out horrible as of late.

We miss all the guys out, but with a next man up mentality, we should be over that quickly. But it seems we have people without the skill to play those roles, or are too poorly coached to execute. Either way it's frustrating, but there is no denying Lebron's impact on the effectiveness of this team.

No argument who the MVP is... Although I think having Kuz is also hurting us big time too.

Yeah Kuz is the only other player who is a scorer .

Lebron really is worth 25 wins just by himself

Sounds like more people probably agree with me now than before.

He really is that good. Any issues this team has are not related to the best player of all time. Unless Lebron is healthy and playing at an all time high, this is a first round exit roster at best.

If healthy, and we catch a break or two, we could have one of the most magical rides to the Finals ever. And it will be all because of Lebron. Surely nobody can dispute that now.

Ok bro, let’s ignore Rondo and McGee out. Let’s ignore Kuzma and Ingram out.

Your takes are vasashi-esque, but we all know why that is.

I’m still not worried about the Lakers not making the playoffs. Even if this is a “throwaway year” which is what I keep hearing, LeBron is not gonna let them miss the playoffs. That’s almost a fact.

The issue is that he’s gonna have to play almost playoff type basketball for an extended period of time to get them there and that doesn’t bode well for the playoffs, especially if they have a low seed.

As a LeBron fan, it’s crazy to me that he’s been such an iron man and then all of the sudden once he gets to LA he gets this injury.....of course it comes when the regular season actually matters. Just totally s*** luck.
