He was fuming over DB's cheap shot and rightfully so

As usual, gets screwed by the refs. It's a two part move to the face. That's an auto ejection. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200

The replays caught it clearly … he knew he couldn’t reach the ball and looked right at LeBron’s neck area to bring down like a judo chop.

    I hate the idea of a player-coach.

I'm ready for LeBron as player-coach.

Just get Ham the f*** outta here.

Yeah, reading between the lines there I think his points were that it’s not his teammates he’s necessarily concerned about, and even if it was it’s not his job to have to send them messages on how to play better

Might have been about to say “I’m not the coach” before he got cut off

Love everything Lebron’s done for this franchise. Don’t regret a second of it. He has honestly won me over to his side in the GOAT conversation.

But it might be best for all parties to rip the bandaid off and go different directions

lebron's given rob and jeanie the golden ticket here, imo. they can fire ham today, and lebron and AD will be on the hook for it, PR-wise. pretty sure they can just elevate handy and have any remaining assistants handle xs and os that handy doesn't feel comfortable with.

i just hope this doesn't force a panic trade instead. we'll be in a much stronger position to make trades in the summer, and i really don't believe our problems lie in the talent on the roster. we're underperforming, which wasn't the case when russ was here and we just didn't have the horses.

If you've lost LeBron then you've lost the team completely. It is what it is with that sort of thing. Add in AD losing hope and that's a wrap.

That's what has ultimately pushed me to the go ahead and fire Ham camp though I don't think coaching is the only problem here. Far from it if I'm being honest.

Not a fan of this comment to be honest and I usually take up for LeBron. He's a leader on the team and his calling card has always been making people around him better. This comes across much more as a shot at his teammates than it does to Ham to me at least (though there is some shade toward the coach too).

    Not helpful.

There's room for interpretation, but to me he is clearly saying, I don't have any message for my teammates because I don't have any problem with my teammates, we just have to do our job. The problem is with the coach, and I'm not the coach.

i think he was going to say he's not the coach, but i also think that he's been behind the scenes pushing for a dlo trade for a long time, and that was part of why things unraveled this season. i realize i'm speculating, but it's a pattern with lebron. for a guy who's supposed to elevate others, he sure is quick to want to replace them instead, coaches and teammates.

Not really concerned. He's damn near 40 and has maybe 2 seasons left at best.

Unfortunately, we have to make nice and keep our relationship with Klutch intact. Outside of that, I could care less what he thinks; if he's 29, then I would be screaming to fire the coach and trade the roster.

At this stage? Meh, he's just not happy with the coach and losing. Who would be & you know what? It's going to get worse on this road trip. We might end up 1-5. Buckle up.
