He had a torn groin a few years ago. He was out 17 games.

Can we realistically win in the playoffs w/o him? Ugh…

That year he did come back after 17 games he was never right, IIRC.

    He had no lift.

Groins are slow healers due to their use in everything you do. Until they get the right rest and restrengthening, you just don’t feel very athletic.

Let’s hope for positive news because we’re a dangerous team when both our top guys are healthy.

We don’t know if it’s torn. He had a groin injury a few years ago and only missed a few games. I wouldn’t panic just yet.

Let's just wait and see. It might be bad, it might be nothing.

This doesn’t make any sense it just happened like an hour ago how could they possibly know it is a week long injury already?

We’re f***** if he’s out any length of time, Luka’s back is also bothering him. If we get healthy for the playoffs it should be fine though, but either way the Luka move was about the long term, we’ll have to see who we can pair him with next, maybe Giannis. ;)

Like a dagger to my groin, LeBron has lost it!

and don’t be sharing your groins with other dudes, or at least don’t tell us about it

    :ADnaughty:

that’s something the Clippers would do :p

keep him out until a couple games before the playoffs so he can start ramping it up

    https://www.nba.com/news/lebron-james-groin-injury

It's on NBA.com as well. He does not believe it's that serious; does not seem to be similar to the one that sidelined him last time. Regardless, he should be careful this time so he does not aggravate it. But then, if there's anyone who knows his body and whether he can play or not, it's LeBron. I would not expect him to miss 17 games like last time, not even close, but... he'll miss some for sure. Rest and re-evaluate, right?

Initial twitter doc diagnosis before Bron said "day to day"

Hopefully it's legit a day to day thing cause the back to back sets were going to be a grind with him. Without him...eek.

I am as much concerned about the dominoes effect as I am about Bron injury ..

Bron and Rui out , others will have to play more = more injuries risks with the crazy schedule .

Tank the games against the Bucks , at least the away one
