Part 3 (the last one) of the doc series will be PG explaining his decision and why he made it. It won't be a live on air production like 'The Decision' was. PG will have already made his decision.

I'm sick of the media doing their BEST to keep LeBron out of LA and force the Lakers to cough up assets to get Kawhi on board before LeBron opts out...

Like if all these signs are true regarding LeBron to LA...If I'm the Lakers...I do absolutely nothing.

Here is Ramona’s “news” from that tweet:

LeBron is going to decide early (translation = he already has)

Spurs ARE willing to negotiate with us.

Paul George has not made his final decision known yet.

The rest is her speculating. Nothing ground breaking or earth shaking. Certainly nothing to worry about. The first two bits are good news for us. The third is just an unknown.

I don’t really get this vibe at all. I think the media would love Lebron in LA. Many of them have explicitly said they’re pulling for this move so they have more reason to be in LA.

Even if that’s just to eventually turn on him so they can hate him as a Laker, it’s in the media’s (and the league’s) best interest to have the Lakers relevant again.

i love these reports that the Lakers are feeling pressure. This 1 day after Magic's comments and part 1 of PG's mini-doc. Coincidence? Yeah right. The best part is that everyone in the media is jumping on that we're feeling the pressure, completely ignoring the likelihood (and almost certainty) that this "pressure" is coming from the Spurs. Let the media eat it up and keep sitting back, letting Kawhi's value get lower and lower. Or just take George, Bron, and keep Randle to call it a day.

You have a franchise that has spent far more money than any other team over 4 years to put the best roster around you possible, and you won’t even return their calls?

    It’s a pretty d*** move.

If I’m Dan Gilbert I announce to the world you are out of the LLLLLL sweepstakes and remove the fallback position he treats you like.

I can’t believe we are so desperate as a fan base that we can’t wait for him to treat us like that. He did it to Riley, and he’ll do it to us. It’s who he is, and it’s what he does.

Still do not want, but I’m definitely not throwing away our future in a potential 1 year rental or gimp to appease the Kang. He can come if he wants, and he’ll be well compensated, but stay out of the GM’ing business. You’re worse than Jordan at it.

Pretty much. If reports are true, Irving only asked out because LeBron wouldn’t commit, and PG wasn’t traded to Cleveland for the same reason. So LeBron probably cost himself a championship, because with those 2 players they challenge the Warriors for sure. LeBron holds teams hostage, it’s what he does. It’s actually a reason I’d be ok with a 4 year deal for him here, 4th year player option, so he can’t do that to us.
