i think the thing i can't get a handle on is whether his defense and some of the ballstopping on offense is about age or just stubborness/lack of will.

 

LeBron at this stage at the top of the key is death to offense.

 

yeah, if he or AD catches the ball there, i want them to be on the move toward the hoop.

 

He is a little over a thousand points away from Kareem, expect more 13 shot games from AD

He wasn't bad the whole game in playing the way that irritates us, I thought, especially at the beginning. He was passing and moving the ball and cutting himself. Playing devil's advocate, hypothetically, because I hate when he ball pounds eating the clock just to shoot it TOO, maybe he was keeping shooting not to (cynically, again, stated as fact as if we can read his and Jeanie's minds). .... not just saying "eff it I still need my points for the record chase and we have NO chance for a ring" .... but rather trying to get himself back into a shooting groove again? Since he's been pretty cold so far this season when he's played, from deep and on his Js.

 

Do you think Darvin Ham can check him a bit or will he just bow down?

 

That's the question. He got Russ done but had help because Russ had no choice if he EVER wants to see a decent non minimum pay day again. But LeBron is on another level difficult especially for a rookie coach if he chooses to not buy into what the coach is selling. I thought LeBron played fine at the outset and was moving the ball and moving himself. Might just be trying to shoot himself back into a rhythm which he and we are going to need????

 

He can shoot, to get himself “in rhythm,” but it should only be after he gets AD going.

 

I hate LeBron. I hate his game and the way he carries himself. I can't wait for his "era" to be over.
This is unwatchable basketball, regardless of the numbers.

 

Now that's more like it. Dominated the second half. As soon as the flagrant was called for Russ, Bron seemed to really milk the refs calling it tighter. Between that and finding his 3 call, the points added up quick. Season high for the King.

The no calls on his drives are ridiculous. Guy gets hacked every single time.
