Putting it in spoilers because there is a curse word in the picture Lebron is responding to

Wonder if this is a subtle jab at the FO for refusing to trade the ‘27 pick to improve the team?

I know it’s a reach, but Lebron can be petty and passive aggressive…

All the days off definitely seemed to help with Lebron's energy/lift. At his age this is biggest difference between when he was younger and why he's still a load in the playoffs. HIs body doesn't recover well nowadays nearly as well but if you can get days off, looks like young Lebron in the 4th vs hobbled Lebron against Portland/GS

Pioneer I really value your input, we stand on two opposite ends of the Westbrook debate. But you argue things in a clear way and bring a lot of thought and data to it. I’ll admit, you’ve been more correct than I have. The Westbrook we got wasn’t the one I expected (in my opinion that’s for a variety of reasons).

Well if he played like this every night you would be far more right.

If he can embrace being a secondary creator and playmaking with reduced turnovers the Lakers can still make some boise

Not sure how much was Russ was trying more on D vs not having Bradley made up for even the loss of AD. I like Avery a lot but Vogel's insistence on playing him when you need more size and athleticism was obvious. It's help makes the Lakers more switchable for sure

i understand the instinct to protect reaves from starting and logging 30mpg this year, too, though. but it speaks in general to us not respecting size and athleticism on the wing as much as we should have in constructing the roster--particularly if we were going to play small.

Reaves has been in closing lineups. I take that as a win

Absolutely! And I’ve been saying all along he doesn’t need to take the starting spot, just give him lots of minutes and let him finish games. He’s great and they should keep this up for the rest of the season. Keep developing him because he’s terrific. And when he’s in at the end it gives us our best chance to win.

Bron was a force in the 4th. 15 points and in full camera mode--yelling, snarling, chest pumping, crowd interaction. Can we get Aaron Donald front row seats to the rest of our games? He was the difference maker for Bron once he snapped out of the Anthony Davis is hurt fog that lingered in the 3rd Q.

yeah, wish he'd go for it. he looks better after rest. just like i'd rather us play him 30mpg at full tilt than 40mpg whilst taking it easy on defense.
