He looks slower and less explosive than last year for sure.
So tough to tell with him as he's gone thru bouts like this since he left Miami then just picks it up as the season progresses.

Hope it mores conditioning and him doing in game load management but at some point father time is going to take away that extra gear. Hopefully it won't be this eyar

Go back and watch him in the final Miami ring clinching game just 10 weeks ago. That’s who peak Lebron is now .... so we can assume of course he’s smartly easing himself into this new season and isn’t in peak condition. Probably for couple more months. He’ll do enough though to keep up our habit of winning games.

still stat stuffing/hunting at 36 at impressive levels.

But the minutes the last couple of games...... questionable choices. He doesn't need to be playing 34 and 35 minutes on this team this season.

He's averaging 31 for the season. I think he can use the minutes to get his body used to that level of grind again. He still seems like he's got to get his body back in shape. I do hope he can play under 32 MPG. You are right, no reason for him to be playing 35 minutes against the Spurs... should be an easy game for the Lakers.

Well if AD was going then this wouldn't be an issue, but the Spurs kept the game in striking distance and it definitely seemed they needed Lebron to finish them off.
Lakers have a lot of talent but you can tell they are taking their sweet time figuring out how to play together

Jah just entered in the wrong era. I still think if he would've entered in 2000, he'd be an all star at the very least.

Honestly when they did this ranking, I don't think anyone thought Bron would still be playing 5 years later. Not with those miles.

Not only playing, but playing at the highest level and winning championships. With the Lakers.

But man... Wiggins. Bender. Griffin is a good player, but they had high expectations, obviously. Brown? Drummond?

The only thing they got right is KD (and that's after achilles injury) and AD is close enough. They did not expect Giannis to be that good, no one knew about Jokic or this high-school kid Doncic. Cousins looked like a sweet pick, but injuries can definitely ruin a solid career. And, DeAndre definitely did not age that well - he's a 3/8/2 player. LOL.

But no one expected to see this in their wildest dreams:

So arguably 2 of the top 5 players aren't on that list. No Kawhi. No Luka either. So you could argue 3 of the top 5.

How much was Wiggings hyped in the USA entering the draft ?

Overseas he was portrayed as the best player since Lebron , or at least KD .

Has to be the biggest bust of all time
