How in the heck did Fisher end out that far ahead of Kobe?

I would kind of love to see him do exactly what Harden does. If he doesn't get the calls then he can point out the hypocrisy of the situation.

16 playoff games with Utah and leached on to 50 playoff games with OKC, going to rack up some wins with that latter squad.

He did that in Miami and Lakers fans hated it. But what can he do at this point? If he doesn't flop, he doesn't get the calls.

Awful shooting night, but flirted with a triple double (1 dime shy). We cruised for most of the game, so we didn't really need him to take over offensively. He'll do what needs to be done to close this out.

Better for him to rest a little when possible.

Yeah I thought he was pretty subpar tonight for him: lost the handle similar to Gary Trent Jr last series, poor TO's, and he didn't really get his shot going early so that when he needed to hit the 3 it didn't look fluid as the last few games.

That being said his ability to just snuff out opposing players going one on one against him is borderline ridiculous considering his age (guys like Westbrook and Gordon just can't get around him) and his help D/Shotblocking allows the Lakers to put AD on top of the key. Plus his chemistry with Caruso is something else

I might be biassed and all but if Bron got Harden's calls, he would avg. 35 in the regular season and 40+ in the playoffs.

If Lebron can win this year and next year, he can retire from there. 18 titles this time next year would make me happy for a long time.

I blame Shaq and Kobe for the delay, those boys could have won 7 together

I blame the 2008 Lakers for blowing a 20 point lead in Game 4 of the Finals in the 3rd quarter.

Lakers tie that series and likely head to Boston up 3-2. Kobe was deadly in closing games up to that point, Lakers would be sitting at 17-16 right now and Kobe would be sitting next to Jordan instead of right behind him.

Conversely I was shooting video at a wedding reception at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach in 1988 at a wedding reception and kept ducking into the bar area to check on the Dodgers / Athletics game one of the WS and have a quick beer. The event was basically over by the bottom of the ninth when Gibson hit that home run and Vinnie called the whole sequence the way he did. I was so euphoric and buzzed that as I packed my gear and rolled it out to my car to leave .... that it wasn’t until I was on the freeway headed home that I realized I had left my camera and 2nd equipment bag in that same corner on the floor.

Called the coordinator’s number like 1 AM when I got home and fortunately one of the wedding party had picked them up for me.

One of if not THE most exciting moments in sports I’ve ever experienced.
