The problem is it isn't sustainable. Lebron can't do that every game. Lebron trying to be the aggressive scorer guy is like Kobe trying to be the assist guy. Eventually you default back to who you are. It's great he has that gear on occasion when needed, but he can never sustain it. It's not who he is. He'll go back to his excellent overal game management and efficiency.

And that is why I'm losing patience with the young core now.

It's hard not to. Hopefully mgmt makes great decisions whatever they be.

Young players are inconsistent. it's what they do.

But if you look up and down our entire roster, the WHOLE CREW is completely inconsistent. You seriously don't know who is going to show up consistently from game to game.

That has to drive you nuts if you are the coach, management, ownership, fans, etc.

    My man!

Thx for sharing and Im not claiming to be old and wise, cause I ain't father TIME...but I have seen enough footage to know dude was special and hypothetically would be a handful for any generation you put him in. But never knew this extensively how much of a bad man KAJ was.

Either way, Im doubtful Bron catches Kap and its a testament to KAJ that he did all that with the dunk ban, with defense and legit big man defenders still in the league and with the pace of the game way down....but if Bron does catch him in all-time points, I'm happy it will likely be in a Lakers jersey!

Hey there! Well I would've been happy ages ago if the Mailman did the same with us knowing he was contending with a competitor before, so it's easier for me to be happy for Bron if he did. I AM happier though knowing LBJ could've joined us years ago had it not been for the crapshoot of a situation the FO had then. Bummer.

Alright. Pretty nice. The juice started working.

Last two shots were meh, as usual, no offensive schemes and the sphincter gets tighter at the end of games.

Not sure whose fault it is (lol, of course I AM sure, but, you know, diversifying it a little), but everyone stood there watching Bron.

Not gonna cut it against a better team.

Let’s get it together Sirron, you’re drinking the wrong juice dude. As I said before he even came here and this all started I will be the voice of reason for the Lebron hate club.

And no he will never pass Kobe, Jordan, Magic, or Kareem. I don’t care what he does “statistically” I actually saw someone say his skill is above those guys. Like what are you on? Athletically, I will give him that. He has been a freak of nature, naturally gifted physically (stronger, faster, could jump out the gym), but skill, you guys are out of your mind.

I agree ... but it's still better to wait and get KD ( and maybe Davis ) next year .

A couple of useful additions like Korver and Ariza and we'll be ok .

I really think Lebron can beat any team in the West not named GS in the playoffs almost by himself

Kareem is hands down the GOAT. Every other discussion is about #2.

LeBron's 3 ball has started to fall which is a huge blessing for us. How do you criticize this guy? 19-31 with 6-8 threes? insane.

As of today, when you combine playoffs and regular season, LeBron has 57 more points than Michael Jordan on 1,376 less shot attempts.

That's what makes it so amazing, really. It doesn't even seem like he is trying to score so much, it just so happens that he scores almost 30ppg. He is at 29ppg now, shooting almost 40% for 3. And shooting over 50% from the field. At almost 34 years old. That does not seem human.

Haha, I doubt he uses any of those actually. Although that trenbolone is potent.

I just wanted to mention, one of the reasons Kobe should be in higher regard than he is, was that Kobe had none of the freakish physical Gifts of a LeBron and not even MJ. Kobe couldn’t even palm a basketball like LeBron and MJ could, and he wasn’t built like a truck like LeBron. His jumping ability was about the same as those two in Kobe’s youth, but he wasn’t Vince Carter either. Relative to other “good” NBA players, Kobe got into the GOAT conversation by mental fortitude and work ethic alone really. He became the best at hitting insanely difficult shots because his smaller hands meant he couldn’t manipulate the ball as easily for drives and dunks, but smaller hands do help for shooting, so he worked at being the best ever with what he had.

Those who compare Kobe's career to Lebron's career either do not watch basketball, really, or are too dumb to put things together logically.

Kobe Bryant was the first perimeter basketball player to jump from high school to the pros. First ever. Del Harris played him 7 minutes a game for a whole year.

Year 2, he was coming off the bench.

Year 3, strike season. First year as a starter.

    Year 4, Wins title.

Then Kobe played 4 more years focusing on winning titles and not focusing on individual stats.

Half his career was set up like that.

Now, Lebron started his career and never went off him being the man from the beginning and all of his 15 plus seasons right now.

Comparing the two careers from an individual standpoint is dumb.

Comparing who you would rather have is the correct question. Not which career is better. Lebron had the best individual career because he had the best opportunity to have those statistics.

But who would you rather have in their prime at their peak of talents? Kobe 7 days a week. Only one above him is Jordan. And that's it.

Lebron has some great stats, can't honestly compare in my book the handcheck rule ruins that. There's a lot of great scorers who would destroy the record books with todays lethargic no defense oriented games and coddled glorified players. Kobe was grossly abused long after the handcheck rule.. surprised he lasted that long.

Can you imagine Kareem or Magic playing now.. oh my.

Pretty impressed with Lebron's good games so far, easy to nitpick on free throws or whatever but at his age and mileage he'll be really warming up in the next month and a half.. going to be fun I think.
