He needs to be engaged on defense. He doesn't need to be our best defender...but he needs to show more effort otherwise the others will not follow.

It starts with LBJ. He knows that. We know it. COaching staff knows it...but nobody will say it.

Like make a play? Whether he shoots or not? #atallthatgravity

To be fair there were situations where allegedly the plan was for a youngin' or two to see what it felt like to do that and was called for them.

There are times Lebron just gets to the rim at will, unstoppable, and you wonder, why doesn't he just do that every time? Part of me also thinks Bron is giving a chance to give the kids to learn how to win and finish games without him. He's definitely playing at around 60-70% of his full capacity at the moment. Right now, the player that has been stepping up has been Kuz to me. Zo's game is very similar to Lebron in which he affects all aspects of the game, but isn't necessarily that aggressive player, so I'm not worried about him. BI is the one who has failed to take the opportunity to break out. He's in his own head way too much and needs to let the game come to him.

I'm sure he's frustrated and would like to be further ahead in the development, but he has to remember this is his first foray into leading a team like this. With no second all star to lean on, and mentoring a few in the making. While guys like Rondo, Lance, McGee are excellent role players, they're not guys Lebron is willing to hand the keys over to when the time comes. There's a lot of potential here, and maybe we move to get a second star this year instead of in the offseason, but patience is the key here for everyone.

Just my "2cents"... Okay, are we all done clownin around yet? It would be wise to look towards bigger (clown)fish to hit with a frying pan. Doubt he goes down tho (pause).

Btw, I know it's not for everyone, but I love your smile, sirron. Just lay off the makeup a bit.

It's not going to happen , he's in his 16th season , he's resting on this end .

He needs to stop with the overhelping/bad decisions on D but I guess you're not engaged mentally when you're making little physical effort.

This is why getting a wing next to him who can defend was key ( hi Kawhi)

We'll be ok if we have a lineup of Zo/BI/Ariza/Lebron coming playoffs time

Get used to LeBron coasting on D just like Kobe did the last few years.

And moving forward chances are things will get worse but certainly not better.

With that said, LeBron is our smallest issue. 27/8/8 on 50% shooting. Doesn't get much better than that.

Everytime I see a possession ending by BI driving into two defenders or a Rondo midrange with Lebron chilling on the weakside , I'm losing patience .

His USG rate ( which has been the lower for 10 years) needs to go up as the season advance

SwaGee gets a ton of credit for his motor and effort out there...but his offensive efficiency has nothing to do with the #LABronEffect?

Of course it does, LeBron set up McGee for at least 2 easy dunks that I can remember. Also set up Hart for some of his threes, Kuz for his, he played a quietly damn good game tonight. I didn’t love his first half though, we seemed to have a better flow when he went out, but when the time came and things slowed down he got a clutch bucket. That dunk early on was my favorite play though, he threw it down

*Doing my best Stephen A impression*

Let me be clear - LeBron James had a good game statistically and made big plays in the 4th. This is what I want from LBJ and I'm grateful for the W.

HOWEVER.... I can fathom taking one 35-footer, but two of them within a minute? With the game on the line and under 2 mins? Come on my dude. My whole life I've been told that LBJ is a decisive basketball genius who always made the right play. And he DID when he found Kuzma for the (missed) open look at 3. But taking two of those shots in a crucial part of the game was just plain weird to me.

I don't want to pile on the guy. We won the game after all. To get to the bottom of it, LBJ might be avoiding pressure-situation free throws, which is concerning. The team already has some strange mental with free throws right now. Least effected seems to be Hart.

^This team flat out sucks at free throws.

There isn't a single player on this team you would be comfortable with taking clutch FTs with the game on the line.

Last year we got Isiah Thomas and he was a knock down FT shooter in crunch time. This year, there is none. Everybody sucks alike.
