I would accept him in the conversation at the point. Until then, no. But I agree it would be insane if he beat the Warriors and my respect for Lebron would go up incalculably. He'd still never top KAJ because of Kareem's entire body of work playing the game of basketball. He's at the very highest level throughout his entire life. No one else comes close including Jordan who even left basketball to pursue baseball. KAJ is the top of the mountain.

I understand. I just think it's cheating. So do many others. This is why a 'roided up Lebron doesn't come close to a natural basketball god like KAJ to me. KAJ was a badass yoga martial arts monster. Strength but flexibility and the ultimate endurance and longevity - no added enhancements (except the occasional herb I believe to relieve his migraines). They don't make 'em like him any more. Or ever. He was the guy who got me into basketball to begin with as a kid. I wanted to be KAJ or a comic book artist - either way. Turned out to be neither but that's ok.

Bron beating the Dubs would be insane, but that still puts him at 4 vs 6 compared to the Kap.

Then look at the guys he had to go thru: a cupcake, the "tough guy" that always makes a play on the "ball" and a 130lb dude that shimmy's off sweat to get down to 115 and all these dudes are protected by the NBA against hard fouls, cuz points yo!

    Meanwhile KAJ went through men...#GOAT

...and imho Bron has a wayssss to go.
But either way, nice tier break down, Real. But I'm with LJ on this one... And it doesn't stand for Lebron James. ;)

    Btw...

    Lebron's mood...

It's all about as subjective as possible, but I cannot imagine one guy being able to beat the defending champions with 4 All-Stars (at least two of which are Hall of Famers) with the motley crew around him. It's crazy he got this far, let alone win? That'd be something I don't think anybody can accomplish. I don't think Jordan could do it. Kareem, Hakeem, and Shaq would all have a better shot because there's nobody on the Warriors that could come close to guarding them.

Sorry jbiggs. With so many people jumping on the Lebron lovefest bus, it’s hard to keep it all straight. Good job keeping the faith.

I really feel like s*** and a big weiner to be a part of them. Damn!!

But his play was incredible keeping that roster in the playoffs to this point and for once he wasn't a self absorbed douche during his post 7 game interview with Doris Burke.

LT, welcome to the team. We got some hitters over here.

I'm looking across the way, and they only got Cook, who's essentially their "LeBron" :Fishwink:
Sirron is Love who's the poster child for mental health and a true misnomer with his hatin a**.
TTada is their overpaid double double guy.
Zen is Lue who takes coaching way too seriously & needs to take a breath...otherwise he'll..uh, puke.
Jbiggs is JR cause dude thinks he's Kob and never sees a shot he don't like.
LS85 is Nance, cause he's a gritty dude (I still like) & takes great offense to the notion that Bron has no help.
DaloyalFan-Brandon is JC, cause dude barely gets minutes and isn't seen much.
TIME is Korver, cause he's old as dirt.

    Did I miss anyone?

Yall know I love yall, but this PushaT s***'s got me on one.

I’m never gonna argue against Kareem as old GOAT or all time GOAT. But I’m willing to make room for anyone that argues for LeBron as old GOAT. I don’t think any player has ever physically dominated the game like he has this far into his 30s including Kareem. Of course Kareem never “geared up” like LeBron either.

No way Magic does that. It's not like the Lakers have never had superstars that would become overwhelmed with megalomania from time to time. Magic knows that as well as anyone.

If Lakers want to be in the Finals next year, they have to get PG and Lebron.

I have to say and point this out but @Weezy 's comment about Philly (highlighted part) couldn't be more true and well said than what's taken place the last 24 hours.
