Lebron is one of the biggest posers in sports. He just happens to be extremely talented and that trumps it all. That aside, let's talk the current construction of this team. Lakers just got a dead eye, no nonsense, POINT guard. He is a pass first 1 who will be creating a flow on offense that will have everyone involved and moving. Lebron's offense is him dribbling and passing to an open guy at the 3. His offense is garbage. If he comes, Lonzo becomes a moot point. If Lebron came in 2018, it would be his 16th season. Lots of miles, lots of wear and tear. Plus, he is too douchey for me. I just dont like his aura. I'd prefer to get passed Lebron and focus on younger and developing the next stars.

I am a Spurs fan. I don't have a lot of dogs on this fight. This is the West we are talking about, not the East, he will less dominant here. No rings could result in a lot of hate long term. Also if he wants to succeed here he needs to check his diva attitude. Unless he just wants to sell a lot of merch.

LeBron's offense is garbage? LOL well he won three championships with that garbage. Guess Kobe's offense is garbage with that same ridiculous logic.

Okay, do you trust coach and GM Bron or the Lakers make it clear he won't be able to do any of that in LA?

He's only GM Bron in Clev. Riley called the shots in MIA, which is why he eventually left along with Wade looking like he was on his last leg and Bosh not being the player/fit he thought he was getting on paper.

If he comes here he'll know better.

Does lebron play pf quite a bit now? I haven't bothered to pay attention? Or is Ingram going to come off the bench?

I like Westbrook better than Lebron as an option, but it's not like the ball flows great in Westbrook hands. Can he be effective as a 2 only in attack mode? Interesting to think about for sure

Does anyone in LA has the juice to win a PR battle with Lebron who is currently works for the Lakers?

Magic could run for Mayor in LA and probably win.

I am open to the idea that he has more juice but i only buy it if i see him putting Bron in his place.

Watching Mike and Mike this morning (although it's not really Mike and Mike anymore) and Golic was pretty resistant to the idea that LeBron would sign with the Lakers next year. Said there's no reason for him to stay there when he's got no shot at championships. Says he's better off staying with the Cavaliers because it's a guaranteed trip to the Finals.

His co host wasn't so convinced.

    Both made good points.

A lot of gonna depend on Ball and Ingram. If Ball is what he should hyped up to be and has a strong rookie campaign maybe wins rookie of the year.

If Ingram can build off his terrific stretch at the end of the season.

Can't discount Randle either with how much his conditioning looks to have improved.

A lot of ifs, but also don't think it's out of the realm of possibility especially if they get a commitment from Paul George.

As much as I dislike Lebron, if Magic somehow pulled off the seemingly impossible and got him here, he would pretty much guarantee a spot as one of the top executives in the league.
