Hells to the no with Morant and the way he plays. Even if he got smarter about all the ill advised air assaults .... in the air is such a big part of his game. Zion doubtful too because of body type and ALL the early injury prone indications as a result of it.

 

yeah, unless morant changes his wreckless playing style he's not going to have a very long career

if luka sheds some weight and starts taking care of his body, i could see him playing into his mid-late 30s

i had AD there, but i think the injuries have prevented him from reaching those heights.

relatedly, my oddball pick is evan mobley. he's nowhere near it now and isn't doing it in the playoffs, but he has a very unusual combination of skills and seems to have a good head on his shoulders. he's an AD starter kit, moreso than jjj, imo, because he can switch on the perimeter defensively to greater effect. he's got a long way to go on offense, but the clay is there.

i don't believe zion will ever play enough to qualify.

He should be passing out, if he can, but he's still Bron and is still going to be putting to the most or second most shot attempts. If he doesn't have the energy to drive, guess where that hoist is coming from?... long 3.

 

He can get to the elbow and shoot a face up two. He's been much better at that. Reaves and Russell should be our only volume shooters from three.

LeBron should NEVER take an off the dribble three again. I can live with the in rhythm catch and shoot opportunities cause he's been historically solid at that.
