    that block at the end was classic lebron. with his bball IQ, it wouldn't surprise me if he told reaves to switch onto sengun to bait him into going to his right against a smaller defender

    he's always good defensively in the post, imo. it's weird that he doesn't seem to like doing it. even when AD was here, i wasn't sure lebron wasn't our best low post defender.

    Wait. You mean people actually want to hear about basketball discussed at a high level and not ESPN's checkout line magazine screaming headlines from dummies who don't watch hoops?

    Who woulda thunk!

    He always gets up for the Steph matchup, but this was very encouraging. Around the middle of the second quarter, you could see he realized what kind of game it was going to be and what he needed to do. Activity, defense, full sprints up and down all started to turn at that point. He didn't really put it together offensively until the second half. But this was the first we've seen him reach for that gear and it being there post- injury.

    Does that make LeBron the LeBron of sports media?

    :Noddingyes::Rondonod:

    Regardless, it was a great listen and I'd much rather listen to LeBron's podcasts than listening to a network of morons yelling.

    LeBron's ramping his game and body up for the playoffs. Anyone notice the additional muscle showing up top in his shoulders and arms? I'm certain Luka too has to be in that mode and we're going to see the predicted elevation of his game in the playoffs.

    feel like with an offseason of planning, we can build a very potent offense. everyone is still getting used to their roles and how things are going to happen, and that might not get to its apex in time this year--particularly when most of our rivals have had more time to build that continuity.

    but we have all the pieces, and lebron turning into a version of draymond green that you have to guard could unlock it all.

    we couldn't afford to play him in that role previously, but we can now.

    Thought he was very dialed in defensively and played on court DC for this one really well.

    Offensively, we didn't need him to do a whole lot.

    This is nuts at 40

    What has to be scary for OKC is that we just demolished them with Bron not really engaging offensively. Sure we might not have another historic 3 point shooting night, but then Bron will level up and they've got nothing to throw at him. AC is one of the 5 best defenders in the league but is like a mouse guarding Godzilla out there.

    AND he never had a teammate he was fully willing to defer to. Luka had his trust from Day 1 like nobody before him had. I'm not sAying any names Do.

    oh yeah, i agree that despite what was said, lebron never really handed the baton to AD, nor did rob.
